I had a friend pick up my on line order a couple times and he was given attitude and felt very discriminated against. Staff said there was no order and another staff member found it. I have never had a complaint about the quality from there. And the shatter is the cheapest in town. ( AAAA+ quality). But i feel if they are having issues with others picking up orders for friends or family. Then maybe ask at the time of order when placed on line. " is anyone else picking up this order" or something like that.. ty
