Durban Poison

One hit wonder for casual smokers, three-toke treasure for anyone else. This strain is very light in taste and doesn't choke you up and make you cough too much. Energetic high, no couch lock here. Visually this stuff is stuff isn't exceptional so I won't add a picture. It's whitish green with fine, even sugar not the thick chunky kind. There are a few reddish hairs but that's it. Primo stuff.

Blackberry Kush

This was "black on blackberry kush" which was the darkest shade of purple/black you will ever see on a bud. There is no green! And the leaves are rather broad. Not overly sugary. The flavor is unique and I believe this strain - if it were more potent - would be a real contender at most of the competitions. It is woodsy and earthy in taste. The effect was pretty much what you see here that others mention but I wanted to show this particular variety of it because I found it so intriguing and delicious.

LA Confidential

This strain never fails to eradicate my worst nausea. It is incredibly dark with an almost purple/black color most of the time - never frosty or light. The smell is pleasing sometimes that alone can be a cure for gagging episodes, dry heaving etc.

Rainier Xpress

The service: ~~~~~~~~ I have been going here several times a month for about a year and it is my all time favorite. When possible I wait for "ten dollar Tuesday"; every gram is on sale for $10 unless it was already cheaper (8, etc). Sometimes though? Sometimes it's WORTH IT to go in for a $15 strain before it disappears because they have the mad hook ups with growers who know their stuff. I can tell because almost every question I've ever had is easily answered by sales staff even the complicated technical ones (how long was this cured, or once I was told this strain was super-flushed so it tasted oh so pure etc). They provide no-nonsense service with the best products around. The environment : ~~~~~~~~~~~ Print a free ticket to park on the street. Place said ticket ON YOUR DASHBOARD and then go in free for 15 or else pay and wait longer. Either way don't forget or they ticket you like crazy in this area. Cops hate our traffic. Sc$&w cops eh? They will not approach you, ever, just your car so don't expect to be harassed if you just park legally. Inside is quite nice, though occupancy is limited to ten people including staff. On many occasions the crowds are overflowing and people wait in the small pre-lobby or come back later. The counter has a nice setup where you can look over the product buds in a glass jar meant to be picked up, smelled, touched, whatever. It's not sold to public. The jars they sell you obviously don't want to put your hands into! I find this nice since it allows a little preview of what I like to buy. There are too many strains for them to have all on display in this fashion however all the new ones are up there. There are only a few glass products here but they are surprisingly well priced. If you need a little ten dollar pipe or twenty dollar water bubbler or something they sometimes have those. Ask if you don't see them. The owner is a Veteran and he is very understanding and supportive of our troops and those who served. There are often veteran-specials for PTSD medication and on many occasions I have seen eager patients bonding with the staff over their military connection. The product: ~~~~~~~~ The Deep Green concentrate is THE BOMB. It's never ever failed me in my worst nights of pain and torture. I wish I had to words to describe all the reasons you should drop about $50 for a large 3mL dose. The food has been and always will be dreamy delicious and oh-so potent. Little pricey for the baked goods but nice price on the tea, chocolate, FUBAR, and bhang powder. Dried goods as I stated at the intro are just madness! Crazy-good. If I have gotten some sort of bum strain or it makes me twitchy or just doesn't work? The owner will often trade me back for a different type (don't abuse this, I only asked twice but he was more than willing both times). He does this because they are all proud of and stand behind their products. On a scale of 1-5 they earn a lucky seven. Recently they have gotten into concentrates - broadening their selection - and they are usually in the moderate to highly effective category. Be careful how and where you store your oils I did buy one that made me and the people around me very sick (lung infections) but that was my error I believe, as I continued to try other products from the same supplier (Ivan) and the event never repeated. To verify this I was sorta stupid and I tried that contaminated oil again and yep, lung infection within days. I believed oils and other concentrates were basically the same and really they are not! So again that was user-error not the dispensary.
