Even though I was a new patient, they remembered me the next time I came in and were very friendly which is a huge plus. The layout of the dispensary is perfect and every strain has it's own tablet with tons of info. Staff is very knowledgeable and fast. This has become my go-to dispensary and the prices are the best I've found! Plus the free atm is a great bonus.

Since my first visit/review of Bloom I have not gone anywhere else for my meds because there's no reason! Each time I've been back I've been lucky enough to get a new consultant most every time and each one of them are so helpful, non-judgmental and patient with me since I'm still trying to find the right combo for my disease. The prices are awesome and they are completely cool if you can only afford a pre-roll or two like me every now and then. Raffle Tuesday is amazing and that's usually my day to go see everyone and get my meds. I joined the royalty program and once I can buy more regularly it will be more useful-more double point days would be awesome! My only complaint out of all my visits is that sometimes I come in and one of the front desk ladies, who doesn't seem to be there all that often, looks like she hates being there and never engages with the patient. The other one is always so nice and cheerful and ready to just strike up a convo with you if there's not many people there. Makes it more welcoming when the first interaction is with someone who seems happy to be there helping patients. Overall amazing prices, flowers and knowledge!

Holy Grail was decent, not my favorite but not bad. First few times really felt a good focused energetic high and was able to get a lot done. However, it didn't help much with my pain in my back just my head. Decent strain but not for the money.

I tried this from a pre-roll I got at Bloom in Phoenix for free with my purchase. Stephen at Bloom picked out 3 for me to try and this one by far was my favorite. I've never slept so good and felt so amazing! Will be getting this one in a larger quantity next time.

I want to preface this with this is the first time I've been to any dispensary. Location is not ideal - but most of this area is like that. Place is along the side of the building - little hard to find. When you walk in there are two very very low couches, a table, TV with no signal and very dim lighting. As someone with a lot of pain and difficulty moving around, having to get up and down from a very low sitting area is not easy. I don't think I'm being picky because I was going there for medicine not to hang out. The woman at the window gave me some papers and took my ID to scan and then let me into the back. She didn't offer to explain anything even though I was the only one in the waiting room. Once I got to the back, I was a little more uneasy and actually thought about leaving. The "security guard" didn't offer much relief as he didn't look like if something were to happen he'd be able to do a thing. The two employees behind the counter were helping a couple of people and there were 2 people in front of me waiting (again on a low couch) and there was no where else to wait. I kind of felt like I was in someone house in a converted (very clean) garage. I get up to counter, tell the girl why I was there (chronic pain for 20 yrs, sleep problems and fatigue) and told her I had never been to a dispensary before and was looking for something that would help my ailments. She replied "well a lot of people like this" as she brought out 3 different strains. By this point I am just wanting to get something and get home. The overall feeling was I wasn't coming there for medical cannabis but rather just to get some "good stuff". I wasn't looking for a crazy amount of knowledge, but at least know a little more than your customers. They do give you a free pre-roll as a new patient, which is nice. The quality of the medicine wasn't there. It looked good, smelled nice but lacked potency. I doubt I would return as it's out of my way and the lack of knowledge and overall feel of the dispensary. If I was looking for a specific strain that only this place had, I would go back. 2 Strains I got: Headband and Larry OG. Both nothing like the reviews of the strains I read on Leafly which was disappointing. I know each strain is going to react different for different people, but to not at least get some pain relief for longer than 30 min, I wasn't thrilled. My advice to the dispensary: you can't change your location but can change the atmosphere once patients are inside (more inviting and less ghetto feeling with lights and places to sit for those of us who have disabilities). Get someone in there with knowledge of the medical side to cannabis to help patients navigate all the different strains.
