I have nightmares, night sweats etc and have neither on this. 4-6 hours of deep sleep followed by a few hours of light lazy sleep. Takes awhile to kick in, but when it does, buckle up!
A good, pain free body high. One minute your thinking it's not working, then you realize you feel no pain. I like this one before therapy, or jiu jitsu. Or to combine it with my other favourites and reap the benefits
