Rarely do I call a strain "my favorite". Mimiosa has changed that. A well bred Mimosa is the apes of what a sativa should be. Uplifting with a touch of smile. Clearish headed without a hint of that paranoid feeling. At least with my system. The taste is almost always fruity, sometimes more citrus, but always the lighter side of fruity, as opposed to the grape and Black berry flavors of indica strain popularity.
I stopped into a bud and leaf again, as I do every other month or so. I love this place! All the basics that make a great shop are there, quality herb, wide selection, good extracts and cartridges, good Hardware, and good edibles. But the coup de gras, the reason I actually go here instead of all of the other places in the area, is because the people that work there are really nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. and I might add patient, sometimes I have weird questions, or in order to really absorb something I ask the same question in different ways. and they always roll with it, and are super helpful and helping me find exactly what I want. and on top of all of that, this place is UFCW represented, meaning that it's Union, and therefore the people that work there are taken care of and have a say in their conditions which is absolutely necessary for me to shop at a place. Hands down my favorite place to get anything cannabis-related in Washington State.
A great Indica. there's a little energy if you take a small hit. but a regular dose will put you into full sleepy time mode. a nice high, a mellow body relaxation. I really enjoy it.
Turn me well, Ghost OG: and thanks. what a nice hybrid. In extract oil form, and about 80% cannabinoid content this strain is great.
Feel is slight cerebral nudge, a sativa step-encouragement mechanism going on here. I took a walk after dinner, and felt great with this strain. I feel like I could have stayed at home and focused on something really intently, but I chose walk. That nice, mild sativa push lasts a while but slowly fades into a mellow, happy euphoria with a calm body high and a light energy. Good hybrid.
Keep in mind these are low dose experiences I'm drawing from. I took one to three small pulls from my vape. 9.2/10
If possible, only shop union for food, weed, hotels, and whatever else you can, I know I do. This place is great. high quality herb and amazing service. and, since they are union I know they take care of workers: this ensures jobs I the industry are a high standard in stead of just another shitty service job. I want my bud tenders to be professionals. and they are here.
What a wonderful strain. Smells fruity, sweet, and a bit floral. Taste is sweet, fresh, candy-like.
Let's be real folks, post-industrial capitalism is a drag for many of us. In addition to any hereditary issues myself and others may have, the culture we live in seeks to destroy you if you aren't a rich fellow. It can bring you down, it can cause you to not want to move, and to enjoy life a bit less.
I have a super-academic job, so I cannot medicate at work, but for a day off work, Gelato is my go to sitting at home strain. If I have to get up and go to lunch? I can accomplish that just fine, but for the most part, I can sit at home, veg out on some Labor History movies and calm the heck down. It is a great unplug and feel good about yourself again strain. Do it to relax, or reward yourself after a little housework - I tell you that feeling adds to a high like nothing else. Gelato makes it easy to let anxiety go, it might creep up and make you stress for a second, but letting that go is easier with Gelato than with many other strains.
Highly suggested.
One of the best stains out there when it's top quality, and this flower I ordered from Yerba is tops, ya dig? It is certainly an Indica in effect, but doesn't bowl you over with sedation. It is a nice, soothing body high along with a gentle cerebral nudge that fades away long before the relaxation does. I prefer to read before bed, this is perfect for that Sci-fi, fantasy, or historical novel you got. You'll be so perfectly absorbed that before you know it, you'll be travelling through middle earth, the detailed descriptive words of Tolkien painting every corner of you imagination or you'll be that union organizer, rallying the miners to not just strike, but to arms! I love good quality blueberry, it's a treat. If you see it, ask your tender or friend if it is a nice batch. Enjoy comrades.
Quick low-down: Fast, discreet, convenient, quality, and easy. Longer review: I cannot praise Yerba enough. Best delivery service in my area (CCC - Concord) with quality product. Professional delivery drivers who roll with whatever; even my awkwardly meeting them outside (my apartment complex is a freaking maze). The people are wonderful on the phone(Dave), as are the drivers (forgot, i'm high, but he was great). Also, the website is simple, well designed, and convenient to use. I'd also like to add that when you use the site to order, if you have any questions give them a call as they are incredibly helpful and affable - not to mention knowledgeable on their products. I am a union guy, so I hope they unionize, as there aren't enough union delivery services - but that is a weird complaint (it's more directed at the industry). I really am impressed with Yerba, I will not be trying any more delivery services out, make these folks your go-to, you won't be let down.
Just one of the best, purest sativas out there today. I hope that this strain stays pure because it is truly a treat. The Rasta association gets white-kids-with-dreads and Marley fan's excited, but the high keeps people coming. This is my #1 favorite strain. I've cooked, cleaned, written stories, done philosophy reading, prepped economic reports, written parts of my dissertation, listened to music, watched movies, taken drives or walks, spoken to loved ones about fun or serious issues - all with this strain and it accentuates activities in a beautiful way. 5/5 every day. If you can get your hands on some that is cured and grown right, scoop it up, you will not be disappointed.
It's 7pm on an average Thursday night and the last silver of sunlight fades, making my cat saunter away from the window. I take my beautiful chillum and hit some green crack as I prepare to cook dinner for my partner and explore the hyperspace wormhole that was opened up by this sativa in my head-dome.
Green Crack is an interesting strain to say the least.
If grown "right" the high is energetic without being racy and is euphoric without being psychedelic. That being said, I've had some Green Crack's that just hammered me into a paranoid fantasy of doom. Some say set and setting are everything, but I had hit some Flo not two hours before, so take that as you will. Green Crack is a strain I'll always try if it is around and organic (just me, I don't think the high is better with organic, but I do think the process is better for everyone if done right).
If you are reading 100 reviews trying to figure out if you should try this strain, I'd say pick it up a gram right now, and gauge what the effects are. When GC is good, its hands down among the best sativa highs I've ever had - blasting away social anxiety, filling you with buzzy happy energy waves but allowing you to chill out and space on some good tunes. The only reason I'm giving 4 in stead of 5 is that I've had 3-4 different "green crack's" and only 2 had that Leafly description of invigorating and focus mixed with euphoric happiness.
