Original Farm Cannabis - Victoria, Hillside

9/6/2016
I wanted to update my last review of Farmacy. Despite not always having a great customer care experience, Farmacy is still my top choice for dispensaries in Victoria. Yes, it's expensive, but they have such a wide variety of items that give a client much more control over how they medicate. I've had great experiences with their CannaCo hard candies and jellies, their Farmacy THC/CBD infused honey, and I love their selection of flowers. My only complaint is that now some of the more in vogue strains are coming in at $15/gram, which is by far the most expensive I have ever seen.

Tweed, Inc.

Already tired of being given the run around and I have yet to even successfully register. I first contacted Tweed well over a month ago and every deadline they have set for themselves (e.g. we will get back to you about your application within 72 hours), they have failed to meet. While I am grateful to Tweed for their Certified Partners program because I was able to speak to a physician who actually had experience in prescribing cannabis for medical conditions, I am increasingly frustrated with their customer care and registration process. The day the physician said they would fax in the prescription, I signed up online (not the same as registering) and I phoned Tweed to ask if there was anything else I needed to do. The woman, who spoke in a very tired/disinterested tone, informed me that there were no more forms left and I just had to wait. I decided to read through their near 20 page "information package" that is available online once you sign up and realized that I still needed to send a signed registration form and proof of income for compassionate pricing. I was not impressed that actually speaking to a person didn't even get me this information and that customer care took no care at all to help me register properly. So, I print/sign/scan the forms and send them to the email address provided in the lengthy information package - only to get an email saying Tweed is still processing orders from late August (It's Sept 6), and told me to submit my forms online through the Tweed portal. So far, I have had 3 separate sets of instructions for how to even register with this place. This is in addition to the fact that the Tweed website/portal has many broken links and there is no where that I can find to even submit the forms online. I requested confirmation that Tweed received my forms that I sent in per their own written instructions and have yet to receive a response.
