Love this dispensary, the people who work here are the nicest people but they keep messing up my orders.
I do online ordering a lot. A couple of weeks ago they had my bag sealed and didn't go over my order, I got home and it was wrong and had different items. I blamed myself for not checking in the car. I thought I would give them another chance so I ordered online again. When I went to pick up, I made them go over the order this time and it was wrong again! Wrong products and I was short a product. I don't know if I can trust ordering online anymore from here. They also had items in the store that were not on the online ordering menu so they are not keeping their menu updated. Please do better with orders. You guys are a great store with great people.
I am very disappointed the way this place has gone. I have been coming here for 4 years straight and now the selection is awful. The employees are always so nice but I can see their frustration. The new rewards program stinks compared to the old one, they got rid of tons of products they used to carry, now when I do online orders I get there and they don't have it in stock. Time to look for a new dispensary unfortunately. I will miss you Glendale Greenhouse, you were the best around.
Received 3 different strains in their $5.00 pre rolls. They all tasted the same, burned horribly, packed loosely, and harsh. I was very excited about $5.00 pre rolls. Now I know why they are $5.00. I would rather spend $10-$12 on quality meds. Won't be back.
