First review here on this site, so bare with me here. We had home grown blackberry kush from a friend of ours, and the bud we had today has been sitting in our jar for months. Took a few bowl hits.... and slept for 4 hours. Very relaxed, very sleepy, and not too bad on the paranoia. One good hit should be enough to help you fall asleep.
