Perfect old school weed. You know it's a sativa as soon as you feel it, because there's ZERO sleepy effect, to the point you can tell it's missing any indica at all. It's all the good qualities of a thc buzz without any sedation. A good energetic euphoric strain. Tried ACE seeds version. Good for social gathering or a good mind fuck movie.
This is medicinal cannabis 100%. Beautiful purple buds with orange hairs, dense. Loaded with terps, I smell flowers, hash, coffee, and even licorice. Relaxing, happy, clear headed, and pain relieving. It's all the positive body benefits of an indica, but absolutely does not make you sleepy. It does make me talkative though. CBD and CBG give it that rounded clear headed high that just feels good all over. Highly recommended.
Really perfect, clean sativa high. Gets you right up there in happy land, but without any anxiety or paranoia. Clear headed, focused, ready to go on a road trip.
My go to night time strain, and in the day time for the "daydrinking" kinda buzz. Never disappoints, but will put you to sleep easily. The taste is the best, it's got that citrus taste, and with the sharpness of the minty after taste, similar to durban in my experience.
Picked some up in IL, supposedly 36%, but it's upper mids at best. Maybe it was just a bad batch, but there's a lot better alternatives out there. None of the "banana" strains ever really do it for me FWIW. Wears off fast too.
Great indica strain. Got mine in IL at 30%. Very relaxing without being too sleepy. Hits hard and fast, just what I'd expect from a good indica. Great for my back and shoulder pain. Long lasting also.
Fantastic strain! The taste is indeed wonderful berry earthy goodness. Always hits hard, even though it's not the strongest thc of the bunch. Very relaxing at the end of the day. Also a cross of two landrace strains which is awesome. Well worth a try. Zero paranoia.
Really freaking good strain. I like it because it helps my chronic back pain without any paranoia or anxiety. Has a nice body buzz couch lock effect, but for me at least it doesn't make me sleepy. The smell is very pungent, not the usual diesel smell, but more cheesy and gross. The taste is slightly more palatable, but still is pretty pungent. I love it. Got it in southern IL, tested at 29% total, with 1% CBG which is great for pain and inflammation.
This has been my afternoon go to for a few months. I have a very high tolerance, it's strong, but for me it's just right. Not overwhelming, but it makes me happy, helps my back pain and related depression. Not super energizing, but definitely not sleepy. Just a little bit keeps me going through the work day and I stay very focused - time passes fast.
Has a great smell - similar to Jack Herer in smell and effects in my experience - citrusy, but more like apples. Has a slight diesel aftertaste.
Dear god this is good pot!! After one big puff (with my normal medical tolerance) I'm already floating away on a puffy cloud. Zero anxiety, and I get it really bad with the wrong strain.
With the next few hits pain and muscle cramps melt away. I'm left with pleasant thoughts, relaxed, and tingling from head to toe. Time to go lay down in the bed and drift to sleep. Very strong, but not in a racy way. Super "stoned". I also hit some hash of made from this, and everything I said above was the same, but doubled! Still no paranoia, no racy thoughts, but the most intense body tingling and buzz I've ever had. My mind was going places I've not been since I was young (whatever that means ha ha ). I don't really get visuals from cannabis, but I would say this is the closest I have gotten to that. It's more like my mind is seeing things in my imagination, like I'm in a lucid dream or something. Closed my eyes with some music on and found myself moving around the room making strange body movements feeling the universe around me. Yeah, that kind of stuff. Best weed I've ever had.
Also in lower doses is really good for anxiety, and makes for a fun relaxing afternoon to play video games or just go chill in nature... Doesn't give me energy like some other strains do, so I'd be curious to try this as a hybrid with a good sativa. Also wish I knew more about this vague "Red River Valley" strain. Wouldn't that imply sativa lineage?
The smell is very unique, hard to pin down - mostly like some kinda dank fruit, mixed with a little skunky earthy flavor. More like plums or grapes/wine to me than how it's described as Papya and hazlenut... Whatever it is it doesn't disappoint.
