Haven’t been to this place in over two years because they pissed me off decided to give them another chance and they did it again I suggest for online orders don’t tell the customer it is ready for pick up if you can’t fulfill what they ordered. A simple text or phone call can advise them of that before making a trip for nothing. Give us the option to either replace the order with another item or cancel not everybody has a car some people Uber and that’s a waste of money. Also, check your staff when dealing with a customer deal with that customer not 20 other conversations! Big disappointment I was really hoping for a better experience this time!

Usually have ok experience but went for back Friday just to be in a raffle and found out my name was supposed to be on the ticket after calling to ask how they’re announcing winner. This is not the first time I had an issue but every time I call nothing is ever done. The flower strains are always mislabeled and stored wrong. I ask for indica and get hybrid it’s happened 3x. What’s worse is the bud tender who didn’t have me put name down was training someone and felt bothered to be there which was obvious to me. Anyway I dont want to spend money at a place that wont even bother to fix their issues or make it up to a loyal customer. Unless it’s a super deal I wont be back

Great place, great staff, great deals!

Saw a bad review about quality of flower and figured I would go for the new patient special at least. Glad I did! I was very pleased with the taste and quality a little dry but the deal I got was worth it.

Even their lowest % THC flower is the bomb. They have a great program for more savings on top of their daily deals.

Good products and deals however I hate to say the service is not best. If they mess up don’t expect them to do anything about it.

Love the tangy aroma. Great high day high!!
