Beta-pinene is predominantly found in allspice, however, it is also found in lower concentrations in lime peel oil, ginger, nutmeg, mace, bitter fennel, rosemary, and sage.Beta-pinene may have a strong antibacterial effect. Some studies have suggested that beta-pinene when used with Linalool can have antidepressant properties.
