Great staff, ideal location & always well stocked. Can't say much more about this place, awesome employees and they always have what you need. As a regular customer i visit this store often, i am a regular purchaser of flower & their vape cartridges. I consistently buy the same cartridges as i know some can be faulty and not work as well, but the last time i was in an employee highly recommended a specific one. Although, i like to stick to the ones i know i thought id try it out. I opened it yesterday and began using it, however noticed the oil was coming through the mouth piece and there was a burning coil taste, so this morning i took it back in hopes of getting a refund/getting the one i know works well. When i arrived at the store i was told they can only help if i had returned this item within two days of purchase and not when it was actually opened/used. I was quickly told to contact the vendor and that they could not do anything, but they could "sell me a new one" . As i've said this is a great store & i never had any issues before, i guess policy is policy, but youd think that the manager could have worked something out rather than leaving me high and dry with a defective product, wanting me to ship it back to the vendor which could take weeks to get resolved. Poor poor display of customer service.
