BC Cannabis Stores (Online)

As most of the shops in my 'hood have closed and as a mama, online shopping makes life easier, I thought I would give the gov't site a try. Disappointed to say the least. While ordering was easy and discreet and my package arrived 36 hours after I ordered it, the quality and packaging was terrible. I ordered 10g in total and all the buds are dry and brittle and 6 & 9 months old (they show the packaged-on date). I was going to attempt the return process but the fact that you must send it back and they can decide not to refund it makes me thing I should just cut my losses and never order again. Better bad weed than no weed and I just blew my $100 budget ordering enough to make the $8 shipping charge worth it. I think I'll be bussing to my nearest store instead. The convenience of this online store simply isn't worth the poor quality product and expense.

This place is horrible!!! Bought the strain landrace and it had a lot of leaves on the bud stems wear stems where not needed and completly dry no oils left or terpenes. Couldn't smoke it way to harsh Oh ya it was also under weight. They gave me a 20 dollar off code still not even worth it.

Total garbage. I ordered 1/8 of MK Ultra, 1/8 God Bud and 2g of Blue Dream. I was shorted 0.5g on the MK Ultra which was packaged 6 months ago. It's dry and stale. I was shorted 0.25g on the God Bud which was packaged 7 months ago and is so dry it crumbles when you touch it. The jar containing the 1g of Blue Dream won't open. Nobody in my house can open it. The child safety cap is broken. Ridiculous amount of packaging, terrible quality. Never again. Customer service is useless. They only take returns of closed product sent by accident or moldy product. Don't waste your money.

Ordered on Saturday asked D Monday afternoon for a status on my delivery. Was told "chill man it's on it's way today". I thought that was very unprofessional . I asked of there was a tracking number i could get and was told he was cancelling my order. I'm a medical user on a limited budget. So this medicine I need and do t appreciate the lack of respect and bring toyed with by some 19 year old cocky Pokemon fanboy. Safe to say customer service is lacking fire this Shawn guy he's losing you business.

Ordered a few different products from several different vendors. Because I did my research before buying, by searching the LP website to find out about their growing practices, I was very happy with my selections from Whistler Medical and THC BioMed. LP Flower is much drier than black market, but I was anticipating that from my travels to Colorado and Washington state. The website could use more detailed descriptions. My product was recieved within a few days. I was a little thrown off by the THC Percentage range as each flower sample tests differently (even from the same plant). I guess the black market wasnt being very forward about that. All in all, Im happy with my first experience and will be orering every payday. At the end of the day, I got the lab tested, pesticide free products I was willing to pay extra for.

Using the government website for a month now, and all seems good so far. My orders have been accurate, and the products decent.

There are some great prices on the types of flower I enjoy. I like the percentages and information about the particular strains because I am smoking it for a particular reason. Knowing the thc/cbd levels is very useful. Most times I have my order the very next day and each time I've weighed it out when I received it it was on par with the purchased weight. Lots of different types to try and even when I bought various accessories with my last purchase the shipping was still really well priced.

I’ve made four orders to date from here now. 90% of what I recurved was dry, but was still very good in my opinion. Everything smelled amazing, and tasted just like the smell. All around I felt amazing, exactly how described by Leafly, of the strains I got. I will continue to order high CBD products from here, with the occasional high THC bud.

Like everyone else, the weed I bought from BC Cannabis Store online has been low quality, dried out and overpriced on every occasion. Don’t expect any customer service from them either. Once you pay your money you take your chances, if you get screwed it’s “too bad sucker”. Trust the government to screw this up as only government can. I now support First Nations’ dispensaries and so-called black market online dispensaries for much better quality & prices, free shipping AND freebies which are unthinkable for government. Phase two of Canadian cannabis legalization should be actual legalization of this plant where those who actually know what they are doing can compete against corporate greed and corruption so the buyers get their money’s worth, which I thought was a right in Canada. Having given BC Cannabis Store numerous chances to get it right, they have been an abysmal failure. I do NOT recommend buying anything from them as you can most certainly do better elsewhere with ease and actual customer service.

Old dry weed. The one package I got was from 2018 (currently 2020) The last two I got the seal had gone bad and turned yellow. Smelt funny and tasted disgusting and caused me to die. Don’t purchase here... horrible quality

Ordered 3.5g of Orange Cookie and when I received it and opened the container it was complete dried out, not an ounce of moisture left. Looked like old weed that had been sitting out. Packaging date on side said Feb 10 2020. So 4 months old. A little disappointed since I like to vape it. If your going to make all the dispensaries around town that sell fresh weed close, then I expect better quality to come out of this store.

You take what they give you. As someone who hasn't smoked in 30 years, I decided to try it to see if it helped some health issues. So I bought 3 strains, one high THC, one balanced, and one high CBD. all were dry on arival. Another thing is strains. I am using leafly to researce strains. None of the strains match. In fact, I went to reorder Warlock from them, and it's now a high THC strain, but my package says balanced?

It’s no wonder illegal cannabis businesses are thriving like never before. After reading these reviews it appears the gov’t products only appeal to the uninformed and inexperienced, and even their numbers are dropping.

I shopped in person and online and have to say the service online has never been consistent. They overcharge for the higher quality marijuana will only sell small amounts of most of the quality bud. I like the amount of different products, but don't enjoy their marketing schemes. I might buy the occasional ounce if I get desperate. The reason I am changing the way they I do business with BCCS is smalls they sell onces of smalls from out of province. I bought an ounce of Grasslands Sativa several times, the first ounce had buds as large as five grams the second ounce averaged two grams this one averaged .2 to.4 per bud I talked to BCCS several times plus emails and they considered that ounce acceptable and were most intersted in the information for future customers rather than this current unhappy customer. They should also be selling their products in clear bags. I would reccomend the government weed to a friend only as a last choice.

This is for the site,low price buds. Getting so sick of everytime I order from here and they say it’s platinum bud(and it’s pop corn bud. Can’t sell their stuff online unless they lie and tell you it’s premium and you get it delivered and we’re the ones stuck with their crap products. Won’t be much longer and they won’t be in business.

The prices they charge are outrageous and then you add the high taxes & shipping, this is a total rip off. There are some great dispensaries out there with good prices, excellent customer service and most times free delivery (bloomshop.co) It's clear that the BC store is run by those that don't care and don't know much about the products as well as them being way too expensive. I'll stick with my dispensary.

I have been shopping at the BC Cannabis Store in my area for some time now. My purchases include various strains of flowers and concentrates mostly. On occasion, I have had some dry bud but mostly it has been fine. I use a vaporizer and make edibles mostly with the flower after it is decarbed. In relation to the effect of the products, they seem just fine, and I have been a medical cannabis user for a long time and recreational before that. Price-wise, I don't know what people complain about, I find the prices fair. They often have sales on where you can get good deals. I frequently get 1/2 oz and 1 oz for $10.00 - $20.00 cheaper than compared to other retailers.

So, at the BC Weed Store, stick to BC producers. Pot produced in other provinces is dried up, tasteless, garbage. A really good option is anything from Pure Sunfarms. They have a 100/OZ option that is better than anything I've ever bought from dispensaries in Vancouver. It's always a different(but good)strain, They just call it "Indica", or "Sativa". Good job BC Pot Overlords, you're on the right track, sort of.

Well ordered online it's been 4 days I haven't received my delivery yet I'd rather pay Little more and get my delivery same day for free unlike BC Cannabis who use Canada postal service worst experience ever never ordering it online from BC cannabis

I went to Pacificanna in fairfield plaza in victoria and was accosted by the manager for questioning the price of the weed. He was impolite and abusive during the conversation. Than he chased me down to the bank where I was doing a withdrawal and continued to be abusive. This happened on wed the 16 of Dec 2020. Never go there unless you wish a horrible shopping experience.

I want to Write and Read Reviews about your Products. I hate having to do internet searches on your products to learn about them, it's a waste of time and it's frustrating. I'm also upset that after I took the Time to Research Products that are On your Website to find out half are either Not in Stock or Discontinued. Perhaps find a way of letting people know they're; no longer available, temporarily unavailable or Discontinued?

Great staff! Bud way way to dry! Bud size to small, popcorn sized!! Bags or containers should have windows!!!
