Jane's Cannabis Shop - Now Open!

First time shopping here and did not have a good experience at all. First off there prices are insane with an ounce selling for at least $140 and many being more expensive than that. The bud tender was nice but struggled to do a refund and when he asked another employee for help she said she didn’t know either. When I finally got someone who new how to do a refund there system was so broken that they couldn’t find my invoice from an hour ago even though I gave the receipt. Overall the refund took 30 minutes when it shouldn’t have taken more than 5. Unless you want to pay outrageous prices and deal with incompetent employees do not shop here.

My first time at Jane's Cannabis was amazing! My budtender April was incredible and helped me along my first ever purchase. The store is elegant, beautiful and brand new. The staff are kind, professional, and caring as to my needs. They are incredibly knowledgable and helped me choose a product that is right for me. Huge shout out to April!!

The level of customer service was outstanding. My budtender knew her strains and took the time to ensure I got what I needed. Store layout is cool and fresh. It's a bit tight given the location but the selection is great.

From the moment I walked in I instantly felt welcome. From the decor to the one on one with the Budtenders I have to say visiting Jane's is an experience. They also have options to place your own order from a tablet if that is what you are comfortable with.
