Great folks in store

this is probably my favourite store in Van right now. Prices and selection are really reasonable. Atmosphere only loses a point because being forced to order on the computers is a little strange.. why can't I just ask someone to get what I want from the back?

I’ve been to Kiaro twice now and found the staff to be extremely helpful and caring for the customers needs. Their products taste great!

This was my first time purchasing in store (I usually just order online for pickup) and it was amazing service! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and I got waaay more than I expected. The best pre rolls I’ve ever had and the person helping me was 10/10.

I bought wrong bag of edibles and wanted to exchange. I didn’t have a receipt but gave her the day via visa charge electronically. Then the manager wanted to know what time I was there 2 days ago. This wasn’t a refund people. And it was 6.99. I was doing an exchange. Took approximately 15 minutes of annoyed manager and stupid business set up. She had to physically go through all the receipts electronically for Jan 13. I was stunned! Then she said well, we’re a young company, 2 years old! Someone has an IQ of 5 on a hot day whoever set up they’re returns/exchanges. Really dumb. Going elsewhere!

This was an awesome dispo! Guys were very friendly and helpful and each guest that came in seemed like “family/friend.” That’s always cool to see, most places are friendly but this was next level. Prices were fair but the quality was incredible!

I am COMPLETELY new to medical cannabis, so I asked the first employee who greeted me for a recommendation for insomnia. (I REALLY REALLY wish I had asked the employee’s name X() The brand that the employee recommended me, allowed me to have the BEST sleep in, wow, I can’t even remember for how long I have suffered from insomnia, since my brain cancer diagnosis/treatment back in the summer of 2008! ALL THE DOUBTFULNESS THAT WAS LINGERING IN THE BACK OF MY MIND, EVEN AS I TOOK THE OIL LAST NIGHT IS COMPLETELY, C O M P L E T E L Y GONE!!!!!

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The shop was very clean and showed a professional touch.
