Low prices, tax exemption with status, lots of accessories

Unable to contact manager. Unprofessional behaviour from one of the staff. Refuses to use my status which is already in their system. I questioned her about it and her only response was “I don’t know when taxes go up” but other staff have always used my status. Cashier also asked for my ID but put my boyfriends name down instead.

Didnt keep my membership updated, staff was uninformed on there inventory
