Beyond terrible experience! I have never been treated so poorly and embarrassed over a simple common error. Amazing menu but wow 2 staff members were note worthy. Made the hour trip for 2 specific rare products, Rick Simpson Oil for my stroke pain and clear quartz / black obsidian infused joints for spiritual retreat. Was over the moon happy to find these products. I was handed the wrong product (lovers joints not crystal infused as I asked) and after paying / looking at receipt while walking out realized it seemed off. Turned around informed cashier of mistake (I did it leave the property), response was …. Sorry final sale …. we need to destroy returns in backroom.??? Beyond disgusting treatment after that …. I hope speaking to the owner Monday and the AGCO it will be a different experience for others. Ps if you have a speech problem, health issues or disability save yourself some heartache and embarrassment
