The Niagara Herbalist - St. Catharines

Absolutely love this store! Was lucky I got there when there was no wait to get in! Really impressed with there products and prices! Way better prices then 3 other stores I have been to. My only issue is the staff is not that knowledgeable and helpful! I had asked for pre rolled tips, and was given OCB charcoal tips. When I got home and used them I had a horrible experience with them - disgusting brown gunk was oozing out of it. I private messaged the store on Facebook and they read it and never responded! Pretty crappy service! It only takes a few minutes to respond to a couple of questions over a product you sold me that isn’t anywhere on the internet. Other then crappy service, this will probably be my main go to store as the prices are right.

I get the same grumpus every time I come here, unfortunately. I know everyone has their days and I know how frustrating constant questions about cannabis can be. But smile ! Don’t just point at a board when asked something, engage ! That tip jar will be fuller just saying! Great place but some staff are just annoyed by the customers and it’s very obvious. We all are annoyed with the govts. Process on this so can’t we all just get a bong?!

Nothing is perfect but the Herbalist was great! Fast, Friendly, Informative. The shop is family owned and local. They try to stay as green as they can. They recycle you product packages in store. Of course you pay a premium for premium services, knowledge, accurate percentages, variety of products. Well worth the extra coin to me. I have always been in support of the legal market, now we have it and have to support it! Much less expensive than Choom and most if not all others in Ontario. Shop Local! Stay Green! Thanks NH!

FYI, Niagara Herbalist took down this exact review from their Google page. That's the only reason I posted it up here. Placed my online order at 11:45 a.m. It's now 5:40 p.m., and still no word from them on my order. I have been calling these guys all day, but nobody is picking up their phone! Nice. Real nice. I've had to contact my credit cards issuing bank to request a stop payment & I had to send these jerks an e-mail to cancel my order! Thanks to their slow process, I lost today hanging around all day at home waiting for a text from them that never happened! I'm very disappointed with the way my order was processed & how I was treated as a customer. The entire day?!?!?!
