I was over charged 10 dollars for a quarter that was on sale but I guess the employees don't know what is on sale ❓❓❓ he said I would be credited 10 to my points but if course I was not credited as I found out today. I should of had him initial the receipt like I did before. I will keep going to kip but this is not the first or second time I was charged full price for sale items. I will definitely review my order every time now to make sure it's right

Myself and 3 other medical patients were waiting in line one recreational customer Who came in after us. The employee came out and grabbed the medical patient in front of me and the recreational customer. Now I thought Maryland law states that Medical patients are first over recreational. So when the Employee came out to call me back to give me my order and I asked her If the Maryland law had changed and she said "we try to give the recreational customers in and out if they've been waiting a while" and I told her we were there well before the recreational customer came in. Poor customer service, not paying attention, and not caring about the law and on top of it all I believe she was the supervisor.
