I ordered on Leafly. Employee called, said Leafly doesn't properly send the payment.
Employee cancelled my order, made me make another order on their own website.
***I told the employee that whenever I use my card to pay online for cannabis, the card funds get held and I can't order but no longer can use my funds either. So I get screwed. She assured me she's never seen that and it should be fine.***
Lo and behold, funds got held, transaction didnt go through though.
Called them back, told them I was right and that it did in fact happen. They told me they can't do anything, and that it's the bank's fault.
I literally warned them right before they told me to try that this would happen, then they have absolutely no solution for me.
Now my funds are held for 5-7 days and I can't order again.
Never buying from here, and telling anyone I know who smokes never to go here either.
Employees that disregard a customer's worries shouldn't be working there.
The staff at secret garden is always super knowledgeable about all things Cannabis. Every time i step into SG i feel more educated about new products circulating the market. It is such an amazing experience and a breath of fresh air.
