Thought I’d leave a review since the last reviews were done in 2019. I don’t know if it’s a staff issue or just an issue with the associate I dealt with maybe it was the manager I don’t know but this woman was the most rude woman I’ve ever dealt with ever when it comes to retail, very rude and and would just nose her head slowly even accusing me of having an attitude problem then saying she will nicely ask me to leave while she yelling in my face, much better dispensaries in downtown Calgary even on 17th ave go to the 420 there don’t waste your time here you’ll just get tossed around like garbage.
The store itself looks professional and clean. I’m new to cannabis and the sales guy was very prompt yet friendly. He pointed out some options for beginners, and I was off!
