The “manager” now should absolutely not be in customer service, I was blatantly disrespected and dismissed.
He refused an adjustment on an admitted over charge, I was told too bad.
I was refused any further inquiry from a supervising employee or management.
Always love dropping into The Local Cannabist, friendly staff and abundant supply in a beautiful shop. Always a great mood in the basement spot, with good music and a calm vibe.
The owners and management care about the customer experience and it shows. Fair prices, great selection, and informed staff this place won't bullshit you! Best cannabis store in the city <3
