Cannatonic

Cannatonic is a very unique strain, from my experience. I usually smoke THC dominant bud, whether it be a heavy Indica or a daytime Sativa. This is true medicinal marijuana, though. Cannatonic has very little psychoactive effect. For some, that is a negative, but for some it is a major and strain defining positive. This certainly isn't recreational weed. It isn't going to get you stoned or high. This is just pure good stuff with true medicinal effects. About 5-10 minutes after smoking, the effect starts to set in. A very nice, broad body buzz, all pain melts away, physical, emotional, and mental. This strain has all the medicinal benefits of marijuana, without the psychological effects. Personally, I quite enjoy the psychological high from THC, but for those of you out there truly looking for marijuana purely from a medicinal standpoint, for those of you who need relief but don't want to get high or be cloudy, this it it. The strain is very high in CBD, and low in THC. It's very good stuff, it can be up to 60 for 1/8, but you can find deals on it too. Very worth it.

I've been using Cannatonic for over 2 years now. It's the perfect medicine for me. I initially used it for relief of my migraines. It does a great job with that. A couple of hits from my vaporizer, and the migraine is stopped. I used to have a minimum of 1 migraine a week... now I have had about 3 migraines in 2 years. I also found that it helped with my anxiety, and I have completely gone off of meds that I used for 20 years for my anxiety disorder (with the knowledge and help of my doctor). I grow my own and had it tested last week. The results were amazing: CBD = 5.54 mg/g CBN = 7.60 mg/g CBG = 6.06 mg/g THCv < 0.05 mg/g TCHa = 7.03 mg/g Cannatonic relaxes my mind and relieves my pain. I get no real "high" from it, which is exactly what I'm looking for. It's really fun to grow. Indoors, it grows a bit thin, but the buds are nice. A bit of a woodsy aroma mixed with a little sweet citrus. Great medicine for those looking for headache relief, and anxiety relief as well.

Strain is so good for pain relief during the day when I have a a lot of number crunching to do (programming C++). It is the equivalent to having my thoughts put on a pair of glasses and the mind shifts focus. At the same time you are not all "Psychoactived" up. I hope more 1:1 strains will appear. It is clearly beneficial for us who don't like to be "high" just for the pain relief. I'm sure if I take a megadose I'd be flying, but for now small dose (resin oil) ... Not to knock the other strains, but it kinda rocks being able to do complex abstract mathematical thinking while medicated. I'll save the other strains for night time.
