Insomnia can be a devastating condition. A growing numbers of Americans are ditching sleeping pills in favor of a cannabis-based alternative. But is cannabis really a safe and effective treatment?
To find answers, Leafly and Zana Medical partnered to produce “Eyes Wide Open: Cannabis and Insomnia,” a five-episode podcast hosted by Leafly medical writer and Zana Medical research director Jeremy Kossen, and Zana Medical producer Seth Lorinczi. Kossen and Lorinczi will talk with patients, researchers, physicians, authors, and medical experts about the causes of insomnia and a range of cures. We’ll post weekly installments every Monday. You’ll emerge with a better understanding of insomnia and cannabis, and finally get a good night’s sleep.
“Eyes Wide Open” is also available for download and subscription on iTunes.
