Over the past several weeks, YouTube has begun to remove channels featuring cannabis-related content, which the company says violates its guidelines. Recently, Leafly’s own YouTube channel was flagged and deleted with little warning. We’re among dozens of cannabis channels to have been affected by this action, and we’re currently working with the company to restore service as quickly as possible.
At a time when cannabis is gaining widespread social acceptance, consumers and the cannabis curious deserve access to reliable information more than ever. We’re in the process of making our content available through other platforms to ensure minimal interruptions.
