To begin with. I am very sensitive to THC… a lifelong journey to keep the icky feelings away. I really enjoyed AC/DC. I Vaped it (heavy hitters all in one). Now, how do I feel. Kinda high not too much maybe a little dizzy but I’m mellow, not too mellow…. Relaxed is the word. I could see myself laughing too hard at something slightly funny. I would not take this to work but that’s just me. This will be on rotation
I tried as my wake n "bake" in hopes my sxs of morning anxiety and pain/stiffness would be allievated PRIOR TO GOING TO WORK. I hit the vape a couple times, while getting ready. I hit it a couple more times while I am getting my morning coffee. Within the time it took me to add creamer to my coffee... I was high AF! Like Elevated, floaty. I started laughing because my stomach felt like it had butterflies, then BAM.... the birds songs started to echo. Like they were singing in a tunnel. I couldn't stop laughing and had to call my niece to help. It took about an hour and a half to level out. Was one of my best highs.... unexpected, but it overall felt the best. Once I leveled, my anxiety was gone, mood was balanced, and I was able to concentrate better. My pain was improved as well. I highly recommend. If you are looking for medicinal, I wanted to share my story so that you will not try it on a morning you have something planned to do until you find your sweet spot.
I have ADD and no longer take any meds. This one helps with focus without making me anxious. I feel happy but not high.
I recently began using ACDC to help treat my chronic migraine with aura, depression (MDD), anxiety, PTSD, autoimmune disease, acid reflux (GERD), and some other comorbid conditions resulting in chronic pain. So far, it has been the best option I've tried for daily medical use for my personal needs.
Results
I've found it helps with my chronic migraines, inflammation, pain, and GERD quite effectively, while not providing very much of a mentally 'high' effect, although it still carries the risk of causing overdose symptoms if used in excess.
In addition, while it feels physically quite relaxing and calming, I've found it doesn't appear to medicate my depression, anxiety, or PTSD symptoms as effectively as other strains I've used. My go-to currently is Orange Creamsicle for these needs, as it also alleviates my migraine, chronic pain, inflammation, and GERD, and tastes absolutely wonderful.
However, this drawback by no means makes ACDC any less useful. To accommodate this personal need, I simply take a single small drag of Orange Creamsicle every 3 hours and it's the perfect dose for the mental pick-me-up I need throughout the day before then swapping back to ACDC for the rest of the day to better regulate my migraines, pain, and inflammation without experiencing significant mind-altering effects.
Where I live, it was a 3-hour drive round trip to my nearest dispensary carrying ACDC as an oil concentrate. Even so, after discovering how much it has improved my quality of life, I will definitely be making trips back for more in the future.
Oh... my.... god... I fucking Love it!!! No bad side effects at all! I was a huge sceptic because after being a pothead for eight years I quit for about ten years and then wanted to try it again and after smoking weed a with THC I had terrible paranoid thoughts, felt very stupid and didnt feel comfortable I always instantly regretted smoking it because I felt too high and not normal or clear headed and would have to force myself to fall asleep to get rid of the high that’s how out of place it made my mind feel! And I attempted about five times to try to start smoking weed again and had given up and always refused it when being offered by friends. Just tried cbd AC/DC and the first three times I smoked it I was weary that I would regret it but completely enjoyed and loved the results I felt normal but good and calm it’s the perfect strain for me I’ll be getting more of it ASAP and definitely see myself smoking this on the reg from now on!!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO DOESNT LIKE FEELING HIGH IN THE MIND BUT LIKES THEIR BODY TO FEEL COMFY AND NUMB AND CHILL. Also been helping me with my addiction because it worked great for curbing my cravings to use fentanyl twice now and that’s a huuuuge deal for me because nothing ever takes my cravings away. Fifteen stars out of ten!!!!
Makes me feel better and in control of my PTSD and anxiety symptoms. I feel more motivated, energetic, and relaxed. I've been trying to find a more balanced and steady experience with a CBD strain and may have found it...
First things first: this strain WILL get you high. It is mild-ish, it is definitely more of a body high... but it 100% will get you high.
Id been curious about ACDC for a long-time... I have some THC sensitivity and do better with less potent THC strains like Blackberry web, Harlequin, etc. ACDC's reputation had really piqued my curiosity so when I saw it hit Chicago's MOCA Dispensary I jumped on it.
Was surprised at just how low the THC percentage was--almost exactly 1%. And was curious to know if a CBD strain really has any meaningful impact. IT DOES.
This is definitely a strong body high--very very pleasant physical sensation... euphoria, etc. I think the medicinal effects are solid... and there is not too much head high/stoniness... but it is definitely there.
Most noticeable thing: it WEARS OFF QUICKLY.
Vaped flower with my PAX 3 and will mention it is a little stinky--not for those looking for interesting flavors while smoking.
I really like this for a weekend wake and bake to start the day without much impairment.
Solid for folks with THC tolerance issues or who just want a light body high.
It is really really nice stuff.
My daughter first shared acdc with me. I have fibromyalgia and am in constant pain. Also have anxiety. I first tried this in a preroll. I fell in love. I never thought I would promote a cbd joint. No way. But, no joke, this helps with pain and anxiety. I can smoke this any time, day or night. I got so excited when I found a cart. I keep it in my kitchen on my fridge with my writing pens. It is so part of my every day life now. If you have fibromyalgia, give this a try.
