The effect is very functional, but relaxing and euphoric at the same time. I also noticed some nice anti-anxiey feelings and a general uplift in mood with the inital onset. As the effect wore off, I'm no left with the fogginess usually associated with OG kush. This seems to me like a strain you could smoke all day and get things done.
However, I don't notice any positive affect on my Crohn's Disease and associated symptoms, which is why I usually avoid this strain, but decided to go with some lovely CO2 crumble that I figured would be good on the go...ymmv

Wow after a day of being yelled at by employees, came home and fired one up. Amazing forgot what had me upset and that banana smell is great.

Bought this at "The herbal connection" on River ave. Which is not listed on here. Either sticky or wet, making it hard to light. I was told to break it up so it could dry out more. Mellow high and smell, not very strong.
Feels like a strong indica, best for calming and insomnia.
Banana Kush is my absolute favorite. its texture is so soft I flicked my lighter and it was an automatic inhale. as of the taste if yoy are hitting greens it taste like a hint of green bananas. Over fresh and smokes sooo well. HIGHly recommended

everyone I smoke this it puts me to sleep and makes my eyes really heavy, ideal for sleeping.I don't get a banana taste arty all but it was very smooth and mild. noticed had an insert of muscle slams right before I fell asleep I don't know what that was about
I've had this as flower & concentrate. The banana flavor is there, if you don't taste it send it back. When I had it as a flower it was dense, lime green, yellow hairs here & there, the scent reminded me of pineapple. When I toked this a a concentrate the smoke was smooth and sweet like a milkshake. Also, this detail might vary toward others who try this, the body high after toking this can be felt under the skin, it's like a light chill running through your veins, the feeling is very therapeutic.
