Great strain it’s one of my new favorites for so many reasons...First the looks of the flowers are terrific, chunky with nice density and completely coated in sugar and a small size piece will break up into a big splif. The taste and smell are super unique and complex, definitely fruity yet almost a licorice or anise flavor with some piney notes and it has a pungent diesel & fruit smell. The smell again is very unique and even when you smell it burning second hand it distinctive and noticeably exotic. It packs a Strong stone that will mellow you to the bone but not sap your productivity or ability to get through the day. I love it and think it has a big future.
Tried two different concentrates of this and it’s very unique. Right off the bat it’s skunky, grass and fuel, light sharp cheese and citrusy and a tiny bit of chocolate. I can’t tell you how it feels until you try it yourself, but I feel more confident, capable and excited. Best tasting concentrate if you like savory terpene profiles. Definitely curbs depression symptoms and elates mood. 10/10 always have to pick up when I see it
Excellent flavor and great buzz thats mildly uplifting, relaxing and euphoric. It really shows the tangie side in Bud structure and flavor. I am a huge tangie fan so this really hits the spot when you cant find tangie.
I went to my local dispensary and grabbed an 1/8th of this strain that I had never heard of by sense of smell, THC %, appearance, and price. $30 bux, very pungent sour diesel tangerine musk, tight lime green chunky resinous buds, 22.39% THC no CBD. All things being agreeable, smokes like a charm. You will be stoned AF, happy, functional and have a strong minty aftertaste in your mouth. Estate Grown -Cypress Cannabis -Monterey County, Ca. The place i go to has 50 or more flower strains, its hard to choose. What's in a name anyway. Try BANJO!!!
This is the first strain that I’ve bought myself, and hence the first strain I’ve really tried to analyze. First of all, this shit is smooth. After a couple or three hits, I begin to feel energized. It’s stronger, so beware. With some strains, I feel as if the high punches you in the face. But with Banjo, I felt as if I was slowly ascending in a plane, until I hit a comfortable, high, altitude. From there, I stayed cruising at high elevations. Eventually, that fairly intense and energetic high began to fade, and I felt the plane slowly cruise down to a lower altitude. Once flying at the lower altitude, I began to feel more and more relaxed. Made for some very nice, chill, stimulating conversations. Went to my bed and fell asleep hard. Good strain. I would highly recommend.
I met Banjo on a breezy October night.
Beautiful green and yellowish leaves, inter layered like an elvish sword handle; it looked like old school army camouflage..I thought of Arnold on Predator, and that is good. Structure wise, she had some Dense buds covered in peach fuzz crystals, just like daddy likes them. Bitch was pungent, almost oniony, smelly enough to know right off the bat that it was going to be fucking fire.
New ones get tested with my Gandalf style glass pipe. after the first bowl, the hit was very quick, second bowl....I’m in my backyard watching the stars.
Very calming high, gives you that slow motion spacey feeling if you get fixated on things. It is very well balanced between head and body high. Perfect for relaxing, admiring, watching TV or straight up chilling...
One more bowl and it will put you to sleep.
Recommend it. 4.3/5
Mostly head high but some body effects. Very relaxing for me, didn't give me any paranoia. I did have some trouble focusing but overall a very pleasant high.
