If there's one strain that's my go-to, this is it. Blue Dream makes me relax and just chill out in the most pleasant way possible. It's something that's best to smoke after a long hard day, as it lets me ease into a state of no stress and then later, a decent night's sleep.

There is a reason for Blue Dream's popularity; I find it is often what you need it to be. Although it is described as a sativa-dominant hybrid, my initial experiences with Bd were more of a body high. It helped me understand how movement could contribute to or heal the pain I had been feeling throughout my neck and back. When I come home from a long day at work, it helps me relax and go to sleep. It can also aid in more amorous pursuits. The sativa shines through when I am consciously active. I find that it helps me to concentrate when writing or programming. Blue Dream does have a hungry factor to it. Flavors become vibrant and textured: a foodie's dream. If you are concerned about over-eating, I have found that healthful food like vegetables, fruit, and smoothies taste amazing under the Bd influence as well. On the medical side, I have successfully recommended Bd for use during menstrual cramps (near immediate relief with no complications). I've also used it as an aide for massage in areas which may be tender or sore. Friends with a family history of glaucoma have reported that it reduces pressure in their eyes. Blue Dream goes down smoothly, particularly when vaporized. It is my first recommendation to newly-budding "cannasseurs", but I encourage even the most experienced cannabis users to give Blue Dream a try in various settings and times of day. Overall, it's a great balance of many positive marijuana effects.

One of the best highs I've ever experienced. For me? The high came slow, but welcoming. Slept like a baby with some of the sweetest dreams I've ever had. Little to no paranoia, dry mouth was acceptable but slightly uncomfortable. All in all you can't really go wrong with this strain

This was my first strain for PTSD. My first introduction to MMJ. I had tried pot when I was younger but it did not give me any effects like others. Looking back I might have been high strung and it brought me to neutral. Well that's what this gentle strain did. In a small amount it brought me to a normal feeling in my mind and body. I'm sure if I did more I'd be a happy drunk. But just for managing symptoms its a great hybrid. I did take a small nap off of it. But nothing you can't fit into your day to stay even and lucid.

Blue Dream is a strong strain that gives a super high. The smoke is very mild on the throat with pleasurable earthy notes. Experiencing blue dream is a happy relaxed state of mind to remember! I will definitely get more of it again.

Classic medical strain. Hits fast but slows down into a vivid steady buzz. Buzz last over an hour, type of cannabis where 1 hit would medicate you but more could easily be taken for longer applications.
