At first it comes over like it may taking you on the run from reality and then you start feeling this pulsating massage. It’s very relaxing at first. Then you sit on the couch and think to yourself, I may not want to try anything that requires my mental capabilities today. It’s starts to get heavier like I want to take a nap if I stay here, but I don’t think that this strain will keep someone with insomnia asleep even if they did fall to sleep. Then about 20 minutes in you feel like someone put it in high gear and the muscles in your legs starts tingling and your squinting eyes start to open up and the room gets a little bit brighter. You wile probably have a short lived feeling of arousal. When it settles in definitely a relaxing beach day vibe. I didn’t really get a mood enhancement with this one. About 40 minutes in you kinda want to grab a book and sit in quietness reading a book that might teach you something new. Overall not a bad one to have for vacation or relaxing beach day. Definitely didn’t bother my anxiety.
