After my Dr. told me that the next medication to try for my continuous back spasms was Valium, I said Absolutely Not. My goal is to get off my current pharmaceutical muscle relaxers. So, since Oregon now allows recreational marijuana sales, I decided on Cannatonic for the CBD effects.( 7% THC, 16% CBD) is the strain offered by our local shop. Light buzzy head but fully functional. No spasms now for the past three days, a new record and no need for muscle relaxer meds. I gave it four stars as at first, it was not alleviating the spasms and I still need to rely on the rx, but it's been improving with daily usage so I'm treating it like medication and taking a hit two to three times a days even if I'm not having symptoms. Fingers crossed this works, so far, so good.

After a medium-size blunt to myself at night (because the time of day affects; the environment, socially, emotionally, and physically, your state of consciousness. Why it's important for any review to be through or direct to get the bigger picture), i feel mellow, tranquil, alert, curious, unfocused, "in tune with nature," stimulated, but relaxed; peaceful and creative; an 8-8.5 on "body relaxation scale," and a 9 on the pleasantness of 'my' intrapersonal experience, though I'd only give a 6 at the most on the intensity of the experience. But again, it's a cbd-strain, so this is sort of no surprise. I like it a lot, but I like a lot of different varieties for different reasons. Overall, there's 'merely' a general well-being that washes over you for a few hours. The effects are slow - 15, 20 minutes before I started to feel the medicinal qualities take hold on my body and arrest my mind for a 15 or 20 minutes; now smoothing out into a pleasant, mellow body stone, but not sleepy - I just cracked all my joints in my neck and back because of her kindness)....any way, great strain: 8/10.
Incredible medical strain, perfect for my nausea and it causes a deep body relaxation but not sleepiness
Location: L'Eagle Services
THC: 7.07%
CBD: 10.04%
Additional Notes: My first (and only) CBD dominant strain so far.
Appearance Rating: 5.00
Appearance Description: The buds are a light green with an almost gold hue. They are covered in an excessive amount of crystals. There are a decent amount of small, red hairs and the flowers are relatively compact.
Taste Rating: 5.00
Taste Description: I really love their taste. The long cure by L'Eagle makes for a very robust flavor. I find them to have a distinct citrus flavor with slight hints of earth, wood, and spice. The citrus is dominant on both the inhale and exhale.
Effects Rating: 5.00
Effects Description: I didn't expect to get much of a buzz from these, but was pleasantly surprised when I did. These wouldn't be my go to when wanting to get a heavy high, but they serve to do what a CBD strain should. They have an outstanding ability to relax and relieve any pain I'm experiencing. It does provide a slight pick me up and is absolutely perfect for combating anxiety.
Overall Rating: 5.00
Overall Summary: A truly impressive introduction into the CBD world. While I am very interested in trying other CBD dominant varieties, the few I've come across didn't even appear to be half as good as these. Their flavor and effects are both unique and exceptionally enjoyable. Whether you're needing medical relief or just looking to try something new, I highly recommend this strain!

very little "high" great for productivity. So far, seems to work for my epilepsy. Diagnosis: Myoclonic Juvenile Epilepsy, for those of you who might benefit from that info.
This strain is absolutely the perfect strain for the people who are truly wanting/needing relief from nausea/pain/inflammation and just great relief from these certain symptoms that can be used all throughout your day especially those who can not take nsaids. This strain is not for people looking to get high, it's truly a miracle strain for those who have their mmj card strictly for medicinal benefits. High Mountain Health locally grows this strain and you know its grown with heart/health and lots of love. There's no other dispensary that operates with such knowledge, compassion and true concern for their patients. This is the best and if you're smart the only dispensary to go to for the best flower, edibles, concentrates, oils, accessories. If you're shopping anywhere else I honestly whole heartedly KNOW you're wasting your time. #1 dispensary in AZ.
As someone who is very sensitive to THC, this is one of my FAVORITE strains. I suffer from migraines, depression, ADHD, and OCD so you can imagine the avoidance of THC — too much anxiety and overly stimulated.
Perfect for beginners!
This gives me a relaxing body buzz but a clear head. I would say it gives me a mild high, but it’s proven to be a manageable high AND controllable high — as in, I can choose how high I want to get and smoke accordingly.
This is my FAVORITE vibe strain. I love to roll a joint and put my favorite records on with my friends.
I will say that this strain has an odd effect on me when I’m “going up”. You know that weird feeling of wool sweaters? Yeah. I feel it all around my body for a good 10 minutes but then releases a calm euphoria. Treats my migraines and has drastically reduced the frequency. I went from 3-4 a year to 0-1 a year.
Highly recommend for thc-sensitive people or people looking for a solid medical strain.
I love this high CBD strain - I use it in a vape cartridge that I bought to carry with me for anxiety/PTSD issues if they should arise. it feels like a warm blanket over your body in just a few short seconds. definitely not very psychoactive but amazing for pain and anxiety. feels like it just slows your nervous system down to the perfect level without interfering with daily activities.
