Flavor is disgusting. When I vape this (by Interra Oils) I have to have water on hand to chase with. Taste is like dirt mixed with mildew. So why five stars?
Well, Cinex is THE strain that helps my adhd. Two or three hits and I feel uplifted, focused, and mildly energized. Not the strain to "get high" with or bring to a party, but has great medicinal potential. For that alone I have to give top marks.
Cinex is one of the most popular strains in the Pacific Northwest for good reason. It is a reliable and consistent strain that provides elevation of mood, it is very energizing, provides a great, clean high, in addition to providing relaxation and pain relief. I find it particularly great for creative tasks, going out on walks, listening to music, dancing and just all around enjoying being functionally high.
This is definitely not a sedating strain, allowing one to smoke it at just about anytime of day, unless one is planning to go to sleep soon after. Cinex is great for social settings, as the high is clear enough to support deep conversations, potentially even enhancing one's wordsmithery. There is little of the fog that comes with strong indicas, so you won't feel sluggish waking up the next day.
Although there are many wonderful strains to explore, this has become one of my default strains that I know I can rely on to provide the kind of all around, energizing sativa experience I prefer. With a very pungent and pleasing citrus/pine flavor, it smokes clean with a great taste and lasts a good while before gently tapering off as the high recedes. Great for depression, creative pursuits, social gatherings, meditation/yoga, night walks, nature walks, etc.
I've had a few different strains of Cinex, and by far the best one I've smoked is from Terra Canna Farms in Oregon. The heavy saturation of trichomes was noticeably more abundant when compared to other mid-grade flowers, and produced a far more intense and satisfying overall experience. So, when shopping for Cinex, look for crazy amounts of crystals to differentiate higher quality from less potent offerings.
@mike_the_budtender with another strain review! Cinex or "cenex" in this case. Grow Op Farms is the producer. It's another top shelf strain by them. Very uplifting high, great daytime weed, good for focusing on a project or enjoying the outdoors. This cenex is great for everyone it doesn't have a staggering thc so it comes on gentle. 👍👍
This sativa is one for wanting to get sh*t done! The nugs are a beautiful light green, that breaks apart amazingly! The high is a very energetic, uplifting, focused and clean mind high, the high doesn't feel cloudy, you can think a lot more clearly while enjoying the euphoria pulsing through your body!
Uplifting daytime strain. Very hit or miss in the quality department so if shopping at a rec shop make sure you don't just take the first bag or jar you're handed ask to pick one out for yourself I would do this every time but especially with a strain like this one. Most marijuana farms in Washington state grow this because of how easy and fast it is to grow for that reason alone you'll have a huge difference in quality another way to make sure to get a good bag is to get to know which farms grow the stuff the way you like I'd recommend Phat Panda, Top Shelf, Royal Tree, and Rogue Raven to name a few. Anyway it's a good sativa if it's grown right. Deffinetly one I'll be getting again sometime.
Always a winner, this strain (also known as Cin-X and Cenax?) is a powerhouse rush of heady happiness. Two hits and you will def. be feeling the effects. Euphoric and inspiring, this stuff could even make an episode of "How I Met Your Mother" seem funny.
love the kick in the lung n strong taste n smell
Ah, Cinex, my love. This and Durban Poison are my two absolute favorite strains of all time (as of yet). Cinex specifically, however, is simply my favorite. It's absolutely amazing mood lifting ability is almost matched by its clear headed focus and energy (without being over the top).
If Durban Poison is a cup of espresso (which I generally agree with) right off the bat, Cinex is like morning coffee in the sun. Focus, clarity, reassurance. Calm, awake, happy. ...And relaxed at the same time without being tired at all.
What an amazing plant, and what a great strain from that plant.
I have also tried one of Cinex's parent strains, Cinderella 99, which was recommended me by a local budtender as they were out of Cinex. It was nowhere close. So if you've tried Cinderella 99, Cinex is different, better. Not sure about Vortex, Cinex's other parent, but I'd say it's a possibility.
Last note: I have had Cinex in whole flower, oil concentrate cartridge for vape pen, and I have smoked and vaporized it in a Davinci IQ conduction vape.
DaVinci is my favorite version. Clean hit, clear head, etc. Smoking offers similar results to vaping in my opinion. The oil cartridge vape pen, however, was...well, less than stellar. I mean, it'd get you feeling it, but it was not a complex or nuanced high like whole flower and it wore off very quickly (about an hour to hour and a half). Overall the oil cartridge felt like driving the Ford Taurus of weed: Nothing was explicitly wrong with it per se. It was basically ok and would work in most situations for most people. But if you've got any taste, style, or self esteem, you're definitely driving something else.
Yep. Oil cartridge was the Ford Taurus of weed. That about sums that part up.
But don't fear. If you get a Cinex concentrate vape pen cartridge
it will be uplifting and sporty just like Cinex, but it lacks potency and feeling in my opinion. That said, it's still better than most other strains in oil vape pen cartridges.
