Smoked in a large glass pipe; smoke was aromatic and smooth. Budtender described it as a “creeper indica,” which I found quite accurate. No paranoia, a nice slow buzz head high, and a body high like I’ve never experienced. I normally carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, but as I felt them relax, it felt like I had muscle rub on them—cool and tingly. That feeling stayed when the couch lock set in, making it very easy to fall asleep.
Euphoric but a little sleepy. I have a rare genetic disorder that causes severe chronic migraine headaches, and joint pain. I also have a fractured lumbar spine and this has done wonders for my pain today!
Love this strain! Very soothing, mellow high, with a slight psychedelic bent. This strain wipes stress off the map. Heavy hitter for anxiety, as well. I save this one for midday/evening!
Strain: Critical Sensi Star
Type: Indica
Origin: Delicious Seeds
Medium: Coco coir
Nutes: Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco veg and bloom
Grower: Flowered myself, vegged by anonymous
Appearance: Big dense Indica buds. Very frosty and most surfaces are covered in trichomes.
Smell: Intense citrus, almost like putting your nose into a bottle of lemon juice. Overall very dank and pungent.
Burn: Burns evenly and isn't too dry. Still way more black ash than I thought I was going to have, probably could have flushed a little longer.
Taste: Lemon pie or lemonheads candy comes to mind and the smoke is quite sweet. The flavors really shine when pressed into rosin for some tasty low temp dabs.
High: Very relaxing, great for my anxiety and to help me get to bed at night. It's slows my mind down and makes my body heavy.
This was another strain that my partner/care giver picked up for me to see how I liked it. I've had sensi star before and found it enjoyable, so it will be interesting to see how it compares.
-Look: The batch I received had smaller buds. While they did not seem larfy at all, they were definitely smaller (there were over 5 buds and I got a gram.) Despite the size, they are rife with orange hairs and enough trichomes to make it look a much brighter shade of white.
-Smell: While breaking it down, it gives off a nice skunky smell with citrus notes and hints of kush in it's aroma. Definitely pleasant albeit not as intense as I would have hoped for.
-Taste: This has a very smooth taste, but honestly it doesn't pack a lot of flavor. It has a light woody and herbal taste to it. Not bad, just wish they were more pronounced.
-Feeling: You get hit with a headbuzz almost right away. After that, it continues to creep. While the effects can make you easier to distract, it is not impossible to focus and complete your work. I feel that my pain is reduced but it definitely doesn't totally relieve it like other strains have.
-Conclusion: Honestly, this wasn't a bad strain, just nothing really stood out about it. It tasted okay, it smelled okay, felt okay and sadly that just made this okay. If you are only able to smoke incognito or just don't want to have a strong smell lingering, this would be great for ensuring you don't smell like a "skunk farm."
It’s very bouncy !
Very potent strain! One of my all time favorites. Super tasty & smelly🥰
Tasty like the description says, couch lock for sure. Don't plan on doing much :)
