Granddaddy Purple reviews

GDP is a solid strain. A lot of reviews say this hits heavy, but it doesn't for me. It is pleasantly mellow, hitting both the mind and body. Hits smooth as all hell and tastes of berries leaving the slightest pepper aftertaste. Smells wonderful but isn't too pungent, which is great if you are trying to be discrete about your bud. For me it's a bit of a fleeting high, so it's a strain I like to hit throughout the night. Doesn't really put me to sleep, but really relaxes me and quiets my mind so it is much easier for me to fall asleep. I definitely don't recommend enjoying this strain during the day if you need to be productive.

This strain I found to take control over my anxiety from an almost overwhelming family medical issues. Very useful for anxiety and stress.

This was shared with me on a very beautiful night on Fire Island. We took two hits each and my partner started massaging my back and I fell into the deepest dreamless sleep imaginable after only 3 minutes. Woke up 9 hours later feeling great! If you need to get cozy and sleep off a big day, this strain is your granddaddy.

Great for pain relief and relaxation.
