Actually helps me sleep w a pleasant body high. If the flower isn't great it can be harsh and give me a frontal lemon like headache. Good kush is phenomenal!!
I got some Hindu Kush at 20% and I must say this stuff is fire. It's now one of my top strains at the moment. From the second you hit it you get nice and relaxed as you just enjoy whatever activity you happen to partake in.

very heavy, awesome lemon taste, body high.
This strain is so uplifting it lifted me straight to Cloud 9! This strain is perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. After a few hits, I hit the couch and was out for the night. I definitely recommend
I love Hindu Kush because it takes me beyond stressing over one thing by helping distract and sedate me. Every time I smoke Hindu Kush I end up eating a whole lot but it sedates me so much I can never remember what I'm eating.
