I have high blood pressure and horrible nerves from anxiety. It helped a lot with nausea from my blood pressure being elevated and also helped bring my blood pressure down. You don’t really get the extreme high effect from this but it does help with a lot of issues.

Taste: like lemon and cinnamon Best weed I ever tasted 5m in: I start to feel light and fluffy and I notice that heavy feeling start to develop And colors seem to flow I do not feel anxious at all I feel the total opposite it’s extremely euphoric and it’s well balanced good for the day time and I have adhd I see improvement in my focus and thought process on general I really like it and I definitely recommend it’s it’s a little different in a great way !!!

What can I say? The smell of the bud was potent from the beginning, the buds broke apart well and crushed even better (even though I used a scissors to cut them up 😅). The first joint built had me very focused and I quickly jumped into starting and completing a task I had been thinking about maturity throughout the day. The next stage of me high had me singing and dancing to a few old school reggae songs that will never get old and will have any reggae lover in their element 😅. I ended my high with a 30-40 minutes sessions of raiding my cupboards (munchies 😂) & to be fair I had had a long day at work by this time I drifted off into a well needed sleep that had a great impact on my mood for the next morning. My mother fell in love with Ice cream, and thus so did myself, my father and others. Sadly when we went to purchase more the name and type had changed, never seeing it since. This is the type of marijuana strain, which truly helped my mother enjoy life to the fullest through the roughest times, from dialysis and stress, to her unexpected passing in 2021. I have found somone who seems to know the difference between this strain and the one that replaced it referred to ice cream cake (hybrid between gelatto + wedding cake) I'll know very soon and if it is the one I will be making edibles for the family in memory of my mother. We went on vacation 2 hours plus away and forgot our pot, and actually went home to get it, that's how wonderful this was and is. Enjoy laughing, eating, watching life and not being stressed about the upside notion of it? Pain, anxiety, perhaps every ailment or reason one may wish to smoke with the exception of wanting a mild strain (this is not mild). This is by far the best I ever had, and I've had 1970's Haze to White Rhino to everything in between in quantities of one gram to the 1.5 ounce 1 hour long rolled joint I coined as a junt. joint plus blunt: 30 papers together. My mother, she used decarbination and gave me a piece that I needed 4 days to process, surprising me as I didn't know my mom could and did surpass me in tolerance, but, she is a special lady. Very nice flavour, literally smells like vanilla ice cream. Nice smoke definitely helps with anxiety as it makes you feel very calm and mellow.

We found this baby out East as "Cream Dream," but soon learned it was actually Ice Cream, based on it's effects, touch, and taste. This strain is a kief machine! Very dense nugs and looks very similar to the structure and color(s) of Sour Diesel. I struggle every morning with some GI stuff which has me on the toilet with bucket in hand which I now consider pretty standard lol. I usually try to smoke right when I wake up to keep my dizziness/nausea in check and 'Ice Cream' pushed that feeling right down in my stomach instantly after about 2 light drags. My girlfriend has a more serious skin condition called 'Epidermolysis Bullosa' -- which is a rare skin disease that causes blistering...so she's living with open wounds all over her body, as I'm sure you can Google, or imagine. Anyway, pain level 11 all day every day. She says that only 2 hits of Ice Cream do what her liquid Tylenol w/ Codeine does for her instantly. Definitely look into Ice Cream if you're dealing with heavy pain on a day to day basis!

Smells amazing! Great flavor too! Takes a bit to hit me, could be just because I'm taking a low thc %. Makes me feel aroused a bit and emotional in a good way. Decent mind high, very talkative! You feel pretty relaxed too!

this strain is pretty strong for a lower thc it helped a lot with anxiety started to help after 2 bong rips within 3/5 mins but that 3rd hit put me on my ass everything went full force to help clear mind and when I started to do stuff it wasn't heavy where you would feel tired but you feel both energetic and relaxed and it would make me injoy stuff way more but I don't know if its just me but it make me feel like not getting up and move if I sit down for a minute
