This strain is a huge pain reliever, not to mention the muscle relaxation. I find smoking it after dinner, (before if i have no interest in eating) it sets up the night well. I take a LOT of medication, opiates included and i am taking less as a result of this bud alone.
I hit this strain out of a bowl, to taste and smell a lot better. I got a cheesy smell from it, and it had a smooth taste. Head high, very relaxed, and I def got the munchies. Def would try it again!
I LOVE Ingrid!!
XOXO Forever and Always!
This is something I would buy 100% every time if it is available at the dispensary. To be honest, I would call ahead and track it down, thats how much I love it.
It takes my Nausea away and helps me sleep, which is hard to do!

This was my first ever Indica strain and my god it is perfect . I was skeptical about smoking an indica strain because I didn’t want to pass out an hour later , after being a sativa guy for a while I can now say I’m an indica guy. This strain to me felt like a wine drunk , very euphoric, relaxed and happy . 10/10 absolutely love this strain .
This strain is a knockout punch. I'm so surprised how quick I fell asleep with this.😀 I have tried many different strains but if it's sleep you want this is 100% no joke. In Denver the only place that has it is Good Chemistry. Check it out. They regularly sell out
Nice indica strain. Picked up from theory wellness in Great Barrington in Massachusetts. This was a bud on their menu that day that was not grown by theory, can’t recall but it was either commonwealth cannabis or good chemistry. Picked up an eighth and have smoked out of my Eyce spoon. Smells cheesy. Tastes earthy. Mellow high. Good for relaxing the body and nighttime use. Really sharp looking bud. Lighter green. Lots of crystals. Very fine nearly orange hairs.
I like ingrid a lot. It has a pretty modest name compared to some of the more wildly named strains out there - cute. When I smoke it I feel like I quickly feel some tension leave my muscles as my posture relaxes a bit more so than with other strains. It's overall character is gentle, fuzzy (not the type of weed which "leaves you with a clear focus..") and gentle and warm. The smell is nice and floral, but the taste is a little odd. It reminds me of how it seems like leather would taste based on how leather smells, if that makes sense. That with maybe some floral hints and something like allspice - actually not bad, but to call it *delicious* would be a lie. I like this strain and a feminine name for it seems fitting
