Gummy - lasts a while. Not too intense
One of my best for flavor. Love the sweet and tropical flavor, but gives quite the punch. Absolute great flavor vaping but get a lot from smoking also. Def recommend for someone to try

Sweet and pungent. Made me very talkative and analytical. Great smoke when u need to stay focus and motivated. If you hit too hard it will knock you on your ass tho.
sweet island is one of the best strains for keeping busy and staying motivated. I do a lot of running and it's hard to find a strain that suits my energetic needs but this stuff nails it. Every cell in my body breathes a collective sigh of relief as I breathe it in and I'm off and running before I know it. Keeps you going for hours and easily one of the most euphoric, uplifting strains I've ever had as well. Must have for any physically active smoker
