Wow! This strain has never been one to disappoint but the batch that I just sampled is something else! I went from depressed to super happy, (zero anxiety when vapped), and tons of energy!

Will knock the strongest person down on the floor if grown right, Sonoma county has it perfected. Onset of THC overdose symptoms occur but no painful comatose state induced. Almost a Ketamine like feeling. Smoke for a week just to have a tolerance and be able to enjoy it. Powerful cherry grapefruit flavor.

Clear headed, focused, upbeat like drinking half a cup of coffee while avoiding any anxious feelings. Medium density, small light green buds. The buzz is positive & happy with a "no worries" vibe while still being motivated to do things. The marriage between these two parent strains is phenomenal in effect as they compliment each others more adverse effects. Skunk #1 softens up any of Jack H's edgier aspects as it symbiotically adds a bit of spunk to the mellow Skunk. The taste and smell is where Jack dominates almost completely. Hard to complain about such a thing with it being such an amazing unique flavor, but so does Skunk #1 in its own right. After being blessed with trying J1 several times of different varieties of growing it seems the two odors are complimentary of each other. A game that is fun to play is while partaking in cannabis like this is trying to pull apart distinguishing these different characteristics in genetics of plant. The terpenes of each blend so smoothly & with ease it is hard to pull them apart making this flower's lineage a perfect pairing. Hats off to the original breeder & in part the universe for making such things possible!! Personally did not use this one for pain relief so it is possible, but not able to comment on that aspect. Might be good for weight control because the high was more fast paced with no hunger or munchies at all. Versatile cannabis that can be used both for recreational & medicinal purpose that for taste alone should be on the list to try......again and again.........

Pretty much the best strain of marijuana one can get, especially from a skilled grower. The most peaceful strain, my highest possible recommendation. Perfect for anxiety, stress, depression. My personal favorite.

You'll most definitely get things done on this strain. J1 is very potent even for some one with a higher tolerance. Energetic but not too overwhelming. However, did had a really big urge to move around, got both my front and backyard cleaned up, and got to exercise with energy and motivation still to spare. This mostly cerebral, uplifting, energizing, with some body relaxing is excellent to be overall productive. Makes perfect for a wake n bake/morning usage. I wouldn't use it at night imo. Medical use from J1 is fatigue and depression. It's energizing effect will help clear brain fog, and over all sluggishness. While the uplifting and motivating side will clear any rain clouds over your head. Does have a decent appetite stimulating effect so low appetite problems is a fix with J1. It's good for a mood disorder, however too much J1 may leave you kinda anxious so be careful for patients with anxiety disorders. Haves a mild to moderate pain relief though I would look for something else for severe pain.

By far one of my favorite strains. If you're looking to unwind and stressed out, this is definitely the first strain I would recommend. I love the taste and body high, just wish it would last longer though.

Someone suggested this to me as a first time user and I will not be taking her advice again. I did not like the high it gave me and it did nothing for my pain or stress or whatever its supposed to do.
