Absolutely wonderful strain. The balance that comes with Opium being a 50/50 is amazing. This strain gave me no anxiety, and it seems to be an awesome choice for pain management. It is a pretty relaxing strain, but you can still go about your daily adventures without getting couch-locked. Pretty easy to laugh on this one... 5 stars.

Good stuff, pretty strong as well. More on the energizing rather than couch lock side of the strain for me but my elderly parents use it in cookies for better sleep. A big dose is quite psychoactive and will mess with your head but I'm not Mr. PotNerd to tell you how it compares with other strains, it's certainly plenty functional enough for shamanic explorations. The pain relief was excellent for my buddy with steel pins in his reconstructed wrist and arm during the winter freezing cold temperatures. My Mom (lifelong gardener, no marijuana specific plant growing knowledge) grew this last year and got a big pickle jar (1 gallon size?) full of bud from 4 plants just by starting with good soil and adding compost tea once a week. The neighbor, who did know how to tend them, got a LOT more bud from the same set of clones and his buddy claimed a 23' plant with a huge harvest off his, feeding his opi-strain plant manure tea, though I did not see that myself. So our neck of the woods was happy with plenty of pot to get through the winter with. I would grow it again but this year am doing other varieties just to get a sense for what different strains have to offer.

I really enjoy playing this strain. It's a pretty mild hybrid considering it's name. I like the pain relief it provides without making me very tired. It does have a con, my focus wains on his strain. It's kind of like a heated blanket being laid over body and brain. Great for binging Netflix or whatever.

I picked up a few feminized seeds and only grew out four of the five I had germinated due to square footage limitations. Under a Super HPS (1000 watt) this strain performed well, filling out with dense, long flowers that finished in a decent glaze of tricohomes. The shape of the finished product was fat buds at the rear, ending with a perfect taper and frost that increased as the cure went on. The aroma had hints of lemon and coffee that acted as undertones to a overpowering classic dankness more common in original strains of Kush. Most of the finished product became extract that proved to be a valuable sleep aid once the initial effect settled in but as a flower it was a nice daytime pick me up for the afternoon. Paradise is very proud of this one, referring to her as the "Queen of Plants". (Paradise Seeds/Feminized/60 days-8 weeks flower time.)
