I have had this strain a few times, it always makes a person feel uplifted. 4 out of 5 stars.

The Purp That Make You Burp* 12/16 Weeds *burp in a good way

Spending the Saturday afternoon on the couch watching planet earth II on the BBC channel. Just had a couple bowls of Purple Kush. It’s a nice Indica with an automatic head buzz, nice relaxation and comfortability. Pretty mellow chilling watching TV. Not too sleepy not to couch locked but just right.

Good crystal, nice solid nugs, purple just peeking out of the crystal. Reminds me of all sorts of sugary cereals and nerd candies. Smell is funky, It's got that heavy indica smell that most Kush strains have. Taste is pleasant, what I don't like is the heavy cough factor, not my fav. However this knocks me down, for me it supplies the heavy sedation that I need at night. It is for me, a "F-off I'm sleepy" state. I be cranky when tired.

The buds on this strain are simply beautiful. Hues of deep purple and dark green surround transparent trichomes and form dense, popcorn nugs. Probably the purplest cannabis I’ve ever had. Great for anxiety, insomnia, lack of appetite... Anything you’d use a typical Kush or heavy Indica for, a la Afghan Kush. Has that typical Kush smell and taste to it too, very pungent and earthy with a woody aftertaste. Not as “heavy” a high as Afghan Kush IMO, but still lovely. Can even be used when chilling with friends really cause it’s not too sedating.

Been really off the last while and the wife and I smoked a few each and all the pain went away and we laughed our night away

I have bipolar 2 and there are many times when I have severe anxiety coupled with insomnia. I got some PK and it had a very interesting effect. It immediately calmed down the anxiety. I was aware of the tension and fear in my body but it didn't bother me at all. After about 4 small bowls, I was able to drift off to sleep and I woke up in the morning refreshed. It's probably not fair for me to only give it 4 stars but the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I was told that it would knock me out and it didn't. I was really relaxed but also really aware and then I eventually went to sleep which is what I took it for in the first place.

First pot I ever smoked. The only thing I'll complain about is the consistent overpowering taste of pepper. yuck lol. loved the feeling, instantly dropped my energy levels and I went to bed pretty soon after.
