Oh purple kush, I remember when we first fell in love -- back in my freshman year of university... PK is a classic strain, especially if you're from Vancouver BC because our PK ROCKS! Awesome strain with amazing qualities. Big beautiful nugs, flowery and usually with darkish, amber-coloured kif. Obvious hints of purple. You know it's PK if it puts you straight to sleep! And there's usually a nice head buzz, nothing quite as cerebral or stimulating like a sativa, but a 'noticeable' headband effect, kinda like a quintessential indica head high. Killer strain for any type of pain relief, appetite stimulation, nausea, sleep disorders, you friggin' name it. Honestly dude, I got nothing but good things to say!

Sleepy? Hungry? Feel like slowing way down? This is the one for you. I’d keep this strain in my medicine cabinet at all times just of how smooth the high is.

Hits you fast but is definitely long lasting. Smoked a bowl before bed and was out like a light within 30min and stayed asleep! If you're an indica lover, this strain is amazing.

Just couldn't enjoy the high because I kept getting too deep-thinky and hence paranoid. Guessing it's just me though.

Very good indica. Dense buds. Has all the traits of a good indica. Relaxation, muscle pain, sleep. Best used in the evening when there is nothing left to do.

I find this strain to be a great relaxant. It has very powerful numbing effects in my experience, and guarantees a long-lasting, heavy high. I did find its effects to be somewhat depressing overall, but that is easily overshadowed by the giggle fits that often occur. In summation, it's a great sleep aid and pain reliever in my experience. Not the most uplifting strain, but it certainly delivers one hell of a body high.

Good mellow strain. Perfect for melting into the couch with a bag of chips.
