This stain of weed is the perfect weed strain to sit and do something. If you need to be up, moving around, it is not the strain I would recommend. It doesn't leave you comma stricken, but yet leaves you lazy and awake. I find this strain to be perfect for video games, working online, painting a paint by number, or cross stitching. It's a creative strain that makes for great use if you are writing or doing some sort of art. If you have to be moving around, I do not find this strain to be the best strain though it can work you will just be slower than normal. It also eases my ADHD, racing thoughts, depression, flashbacks, eased my insomnia (nothing short of ketamine will knock me out), and made me less angry.
It takes away the pain I have during certain times of the year, and relieves my PTSD substantially. If you have nothing to eat or will be somewhere you cannot eat as much, this would be absolute torture to be smoking. This strain makes me have the munchies something fierce. Everything seems to taste amazingly well.
This is the perfect strain for some poplar activities such as: Sunday afternoon lazy day with a nap, playing xbox, doing a paint by number, coloring in a coloring book, working from home online, netflix, cross stitch, doing a model car,
The first impression is the smell of petroleum, as in gun or similar oil. The grind is thick and coarse. Initial taste imparts black pepper, petroleum, and finishes with a taste of skunk. Within around .25 of a joint, I noticed that I was relaxed and euphoric. Soon to follow was a sense of well being and relaxation was magnified. Hunger was a mild feeling with happiness being the strongest feeling. As a person with anxiety and tremendous pain, I definitely noticed that both subsided soon after smoking with anxiety leveling out to nothingness. Pain levels obviously deminished vastly but not to the level of non-existent. I'd highly, lol, recommend for patients with anxiety and those with terminal pain would certainly see benefit. 4.5 out of 5 stars overall. I'm personally going to stock this strain.
Got as an old hippie's birthday gift. Found it relaxing, gentle, eurphoric, mellow, easy-going laid back and many more nice anti-anxiety effects. Smells orange-y and flowery and, let me tell you, it stunk up my place seriously. Would be good for a wake-and-bake, a midday euphoria, a pre-dinner cocktail (I got hungry, too) and a bedtime snoozer. I found this strain more versatile than many other strains.

such a great wake and bake bud. Great taste. Gives you that boost I was looking for A+
Purple sunset by bone creek. What a lovely fragrant flower. I spent several minutes just enjoying the complexity of the scent. There is a primary note of classic mandarin-- sweet, juicy, like the oils on the skin. It's a lush, living scent. Past that scent I got a strong smell of dried pine needles. Actually pretty dank. The smell filled the room before I even opened it. While smoking I didn't notice any taste in particular other than just cannabis. It came in slowly but deliberately, over the next thirty minutes I slowly and steadily and consciously elevated with this medicine. Purple sunset just lowered the volume on everything and slowed me down by 75%-- just enough to be completely relaxed yet completely alert and aware. Peaceful, like a zen garden. Things around me are moving but in my mind is stillness. I felt the usual pain in my body and mind just melted away steadily. It was like taking off a very heavy, stuffy coat. Like I could just hang up my pain on the wall and walk away for a little while. I burned a little pine smudge to match the mood and it really mixed well with the experience. My sense of smell was definitely heightened. I also felt it relaxed my stomach (I had a little pain before smoking) and helped me to breathe very deeply (I usually breathe very shallow). Purple Sunset helped me so much I felt like I got the keys to my brain back. I could see myself doing a slow and relaxing activity. Drawing or sculpting, a leisurely bike ride, a stroll through a forest. Overall just such a pleasant smoke I was really taken away by how lovely this one was. Just a really nice darn simple strain. Such good medicine. Thank you Bone Creek. Showed me what some really nice NY flower is like!
