Pretty great. Sitting by window on a rainy night feeling the cool breeze with a cozy blanket. This strain gives happy, calm and relaxing vibes for me.
What a nice high, though: chatty and creative. I get very engaged with projects and building things and explaining. I really like it.
Doesn't taste like much, which makes it hard to judge how close it is to kicked. Bet it would be an awesome edible.
Strongly recommend for date night
I had smoked this strain once before at a similar percentage of THC, and wanted to wait until I wrote my first review.
Having had Georgia Pie and Ocean Breaze from Cookies! I was eager to try Red Velvet. At 31% THC and 2.12% terepins, I knew this was going to be a nice ride. Smelling like the PERFECTLY scented cinnamon candle, admiring the coloration... I packed her in, fired up the bong and away I went.
A lovely wave rushed over my body from the center mass, that then rushed towards my head with greater force and settled over me. Feeling of a spacey head was so lovely to compliment the uplifting of my spirit above my body.
The taste is one of intrigue. Smelling of cinnamon spice, tasting a rush of pineapple covered in a cherry drizzle with some sweet cream. The smoke on longer rips would cause a prickly feeling in the throat, cutting them short. The exhale, through nose and mouth, decidedly cinnamon aftertaste as if lightly sprinkled under all the fruit and cream.
Slight movements caused tingles. That sweet and soft pins and needles feeling all over, causing relaxation without any lose of energy or stamina.
I smile as I write this, as I am feeling it, to you.
Total bliss, feels like i’m on a cloud. smoked only half a joint of this on a lovely windy afternoon (i even halved it with chamomile flowers!!) and i got about as high as i do from a full joint.
Seeing as i mixed it with another herb, i won’t comment on taste, but it seems to be a very creamy and sweet taste. Again though, it could just be the chamomile.
As a medical user for PTSD (among other things), this really worked well to melt anxiety.
Tried for the first time. It gives you the warm fuzzies with an uplifting feeling. It’s a smooth tasty smoke. I use a pax and it makes for a pleasant experience. I have asthma so the terpenes in it helps without causing lung irritation. It hasn’t given me the aphrodisiac feeling, but it has taken the edge off of a close tennis loss. I’ll get more of this.
I bought this recently to try out because I was intrigued by the name and WOW! This strain has got to be in my Top 10 list. It made coming home from a very stressful work filled day calm and relaxing after taking a few hits of it, after about 15-20mins I started to feel the full effects start. I HIGHLY recommend this strain to anyone trying out Cookies Brand flower!
