I find this helps a lot with my anxiety. I enjoy how relaxed it makes me feel mentally. Not 100% but enough to calm the chaos for a bit. I can look at things and read things or watch things that would normally stress me out.

Earthy, spicy flavor. Upity high, not really a downer. 70/30 split Sativa dominant. Not fantastic, not terrible. Would smoke again.
