Pungent and sweet, a flavor-brick of skunk to the (taste) buds. Skunk #1 tastes wonderful while stinking up the entire room and provides a warm, intense high. These buds are yr typical green leaf-orange hair-crystal sheen nuggets that pack a 100proof-drunken-fist-suicide-technique to the head. I would forgive you for thinking the #1 is because it wins contests (It was his hat Mr. Krabs, he was number one!) A great smoke for anytime of the day, just as long as it's alright for you to be blatantly stoned.

Conflict of interests disclaimer: My 5th star may be a little biased since it was the first strain i successfully grew myself. Longest trichomes I've smoked in years. The earthy smell was slightly overpowering when rolled in a joint, but a water pipe will let you enjoy the taste of these not as usual tones. The high is quite mellow and at times potato inducing, but always with a happy buzz going on. 10/10 to drink a couple of beers with friends and listen to good music or play some video-games.

I was slightly disappointed in the Columbian Gold sample I received. The taste was not at all what I remembered from back in the day- the stone however was just like the good old stuff. This strain hit me in the happy department, and then rolled over very quickly into a psychedelic holiday on top of that. An excellent strain for wake and bake, it really starts your day off happily. I will try this strain again, and hope for that specific taste I remember if I can get my hands on some! Also the CBD content is higher than normal in this landrace type I encountered

I've yet to see one location in Florida that has skunk number one. Super disappointing. Also no real Northern Lights. Wtf?

I smoked this strain around 1990, 91 - haven't seen it since. Those of you that think this is available at your pot shop - you are wrong, it is extinct. Thank your gov for confiscating millions of seeds. I have not smelled SK#1 in 20 years. For those that care - SK#1 had a spicy aroma. Spicy, skunky when smoked. The high was 50/50. Very focused, but could be lazy. Body buzz bordered on couchlock, but your motivation could overpower it. Mild euphoria, more happy instead. The taste kept you coming back for more hits. Cinnamon, spice, skunk, earth. Notably: There was no diesel or fuel flavor, just sweet cinnamon skunk. I wish you kids could smoke what we had in the old days, notably Colombian Gold and Panama Red which rank on my 'MOST Missed' list, along with good ol' Skunk #1
