I personally have smoked hundreds of strains and Snowcap is in my top 5 when grown right. It originated in California's Emerald Triangle, the original parents were Humboldt Snow and Haze I believe. Anyways, I love this bud. It does wonders for my anxiety but doesn't put me to sleep either. First got in 2006 and it was and always had big, wide, but short and fat top buds with a Pine-Sol lemon smell permeates the air. Uplifting, but relaxing high. Best citrus smell behind Super Lemon Haze and Larry Lemons. I highly recommend this underrated legendary staple in the cannabis world.
After about 2hrs decided to write my review. First recommended tip to eat before toking no matter what herb, helps fully enjoy high without the overbearing hunger. Ok so was on a tolerance break for a week and decided to toke again and tried Snowcap, excuse me for I'm about about to be analytical. So loaded a bowl and started heavy slow after reading reviews, just barely a corner.. Punch to the face rush, and not the good kind, I had to sit down, I felt dizzy for 15 minutes, started to question the high, after the 15 minutes the dizziness faded and the euphoria rose. Started to feel dreamy, music I haven't even heard in years started playing in my head randomly, The Batman movie that just came out soundtrack started getting louder in my head as the high rose. I played a few songs on my surround sound and was just emersed in the music, started visualizing scenes as each song hit it's high point, could fall asleep if I wanted but stayed awake to continue my music moment. After about 45 min can feel the haziness, everything is so much brighter that you almost have to shield your eyes from just your TV but still can enjoy the moment. After about an hour to about an hour and a half feel the high fade and become just a relaxed high. After 3 tokes more doesn't get me energetic just makes me more relaxed as if theirs a limit to high you can be in a day with this. It's an okay strain for a nice afternoon if not busy, maybe game a bit, or watch something, maybe even sex, but definitely not for work, doesn't keep me focused focused just present. Give it maybe 7/10
This is working weed, after being put down by blue Ivy snow caps had the ability to snap me to a logical frame of mind where my wife says listen better and respond with more motivation.

Creeps on you. Hits you with a major burst of euphoria. Would make a great daytime strain.
I went into this knowing it was a sativa my thc level was around 26% and I am not a sativa guy but when my dispensary got it in stock with those levels couldn’t resist and I smoked a bowl of it just flour first take head change I let it sit and boom I’m energetic my mind is scrambled but still racing and thinking very good high.. however i was too keen on the taste but it was still one of the better sativa’s I’ve had.
I was introduced to Snowcap from 14er Holistics in Boulder, CO around December 2014. My friend brought some buds to share, so we rolled a spliff together and saved a full bowl for later.
At first breeze, Snowcap proved to be a light, cooling, airy delight. Snowcap has not fallen far from its name in the qualities of mountain-top brisk. It tastes clean, soft on the throat if inhaling, with a fruitiness reminiscent of lime or citrus. The clean air quality of pine, sage, or young cedar terpenes was tucked behind the light colored ribbons amongst the buds. Forest-y and frosty, yum.
In the evening, I noticed effects of paranoia, restlessness, and talkativeness. A good strain for a late night walk or creative activity together with friends in a warm, snowy cabin.
TL; DR: Light and breezy with a kind and bright head-high. An easy strain for a wake-and-bake daytime medicine. At night, get creative and warmed by friendship.
I totally figured out how to make a ghost hug me
Nice clean taste. First time I tried Snowcap was years ago and made its way from San Diego. Very dense buds heavy and burned slow.
