Definitely great to treat my fibromyalgia pain without getting tired and groggy. My go to strain for sure.

Love this strain helps with my depression stress and pain wonderful things happen fo me. With this strain helps me enough so I can function think and do the damn thing SOO happy I could shit rainbows

I prefer indica's and hybrids but Sour D is one that I like. It helps with the pain and wakes me up. Good strain. One of the top ones out there.

Sour D is probably one of the most energetic, uplifting strains around. It's cerebral effects are absolutely mind blowing. Sour D causes my thought process to shift towards the abstract and creative, while also allowing me to focus. Very energizing and often causes a brightening of the visual field for me. A truly solid wake 'n bake or daytime strain. Just be careful not to over do it. I can tell you firsthand, Sour Diesel is an incredibly potent strain and over-indulging can induce a hefty dose of paranoia and anxiety in some people. When used in the right setting and in the proper amount, however, Sour D is an absolutely wonderful strain and one of the best examples of a pure sativa that we have.

Classic bud. Strong clear head high. Good for day use. It gives motivation in getting some work done. Peaking on Sour D can be intense but it levels off nicely.

I am using SD in a vape cartridge and it was Trulieve's "Sativa" strain at the moment. It provides a bit of a heady high and can crush a headache, calm anxiety (at the right doses). It ushers in some creativity but also can turn to nap time on a dime if you let it. Like a soft blanket covering my head and making things feel fuzzy. I definitely wouldn't want to drive while navigating the effects of this strain. Much less of a pain reliever (unless a headache) than it is a way to calm fears and anxiety. Pretty mellow but I feel most of it above the neck which for me, is only part of the issues. I definitely favor Indicas that make my arms and legs buzz and kills body pain. This is a heady strain. I like the vape oil cartridge delivery - easy and effective.
