Am I the only one who thinks this is one of the RANKEST smelling strains (in a GREAT way) ever? Idk if the NWCS "small bud batches" Ive been getting are just a special pheno of it? Because the Sunset Sherbet IM getting, migjt have a few undertones of sweetness/citrus... but the smell is a "BAM! RANKNESS!!!", right in the face, the instant you open the jar. A strong, pungent earthy (strong weed smelling) musky, rank weed smell predominates. I can smoke and come home 1-2hrs later - & that acrid, ultra pungent smell is still in the air! Reminds me of Sweetwater farms' "Primus", in that respect. Just a great, rank weed smell :) From what I hear and read, though, this isnt typical? No mistaking it in my end, I tell you what. Rank as rank can be! 👍🏼♥️✌🏻

This one hits fast. Two hits, and 120 seconds later I was feeling super stoney, clumsy and a little anxious. Sunset Sherbet should be called Ether because it so strong in its effects. I wouldn't ever use this to get things done or socially. It's definitely has some mental stimulation and creativity to it, but articulating those creative thoughts might be challenging because of the stupor this strain delivers.

GG#4 has been my fav strain lately, moat of 2016 id say, and im embarrassed to even admit it, but as somone who is a daily smoker for over 2+ decades of nothing but top shelf syrains, i had not heard of Sunrise Sherbet BUT HOLY HECK I AM SO HAPPY NOW! It's a creeper so theres no need to take too much at once bc you will be essentially wasting amazing herb. Take like 2 hits and wait 15 mins... youll be ROCKED OFF YOUR ASS.

Smells very nice, tastes ok, hits well, I did two large hits and was asleep soon after, granted it was a long day and night with not much going on. Really nice

this review is supposed to be for Gelato but you can't find it on the app anymore for some odd reason. Gelato is good. good taste color and high. the ONLY problem I have with Gelato is the high does not last that long compared to other strains I have tried in my lifetime

I would rate this strain higher, but there are no fractions of stars and it's not a 5. Ok, gonna take you all the way through... So, the colas -- they both look and smell somewhat like their GSC parent. The smell is pleasant, but has a Pinesol-like bite to it. Definitely some pine, and some sort of spice that you've never heard of before -- like an herbal spice. I'm trying to detect any sort of "sweet" nuance, but not really, not as much as GSC. It does have some ammonia-type smell, or like I said, Pinesol or other pine-scented cleaner. Pleasant, though. Taste-wise, when I suck on the fatty I rolled... here's where a bit of sweetness shows up. Tastes really good... like some kind of minty gum. Delicious. Lighting up now... interesting -- it's actually quite smooth, like the smoke is smooth. I find that is kind of rare, esp. for high THC strains. When I take a big hit and hold it in, it definitely messes with my lungs though, and I'm coughing way more than I usually do. I think this is a good sign, like it's expanding in my lungs (I mean, if you believe the urban legend that it means high THC). So the smoke going into your mouth and through the pipes to your lungs is smooth, but once in your lungs, it kind of wreaks havoc. I've only smoked 1/4 of the joint, and I can already feel some effects. (the joint keeps going out while I type) I can feel my mind having that "stuck in motion" thing where I will lose my train of thought or completely forget what I wanted to think about. I will be back later with more observations... Ok, so this is a real thought-provoker. I've had numerous conversations with myself, at least one with God, and have been pondering some pretty interesting shit. I can tell that if I was around someone or on the phone, I'd probably talk their ear off. I think the description by Leafly says that this is an indica-dominant hybrid, but for me, it seems to be more sativa-dominant. I mean, my body does feel really relaxed, so relaxation is definitely an effect. Hm... there are also some psychedelic effects. I can look at the wall and see figures and drawings in color on a white wall. Stuff like that. Also, my tolerance is very high, but it still packs a punch. I'd say I'm pretty dysfunctional right now. But my mind seems really alive and creative. Alright peoples, peace out! ps. 3 joints later, I just want to say: tweet, tweet!

I totally scored today at Glisan Buds, largely due to the fact that the flower special, Sunset Sherbet, was on sale because it was seedy. I exclaimed, "I LOVE seeds! Please give me the seediest nugs you have for my 2 grams' worth!". Bless her heart she just went in to the back room and gave me some seeds, maybe a dozen? Some might also be Dog Shit Cherry Pie and Durban Poison though, so who knows :) Mine tested out at 18.82% THC and .2% CBD. It's a 60/40 indica / sativa hybrid and I am getting high af! It smells pungent, earthy, and sweet all at once, like being in a sacred place in Hawaii where hot lava meets guava tree fruit.. it instantly made me feel warm and happy inside like I was on summer vacation. I feel both the indica and sativa effects - relaxed but with a cerebral punch / headband feeling. I'm also feeling a tingle at the bottom back base of my tongue, oddly. I give Sunset Sherbet full marks! I'm praying now that one of those seeds that was given to me is a girl and is Sunset Sherbet! Better yet, I'll find a seed in purchased nugs and then I'll know they are for sure Sunset Sherbet.

This flower is fantastic!! Had chronic neck-pain as well as a 3 day migraine; just wiped it out! Mentally stimulating too and clear headed effects. Perfect for anytime of day! The taste is like a skunky Orange-popsicle and leaves a flavorful taste throughout the mouth. Smooth on the inhale and kinda of harsh on the exhale. Over all a great medicine; one you don't want to share!
