I read this was for stress so I tried it in shatter form and I can't believe it. I am calm with some energy, not enough energy to give me anxiety. I don't feel angry or stressed out beyond belief. I feel like this is a really good strain it helped me get through my moms death better than I thought it would I would really recommend this if you like feeling uplifted.
